This is another nice place for a good meal, and one I’m surprised we hadn’t discovered until now. Their specialty here is seafood. They have a number of large aquariums in various dining rooms, which are nice to see and which add to the overall ambience. This place is popular on a Saturday night for dinner, but it wasn’t overly noisy despite the crowd. I ordered the fish n chips, which was good, although perhaps a little too “fishy” tasting was the only drawback. My wife said her salad was delicious and our daughter agreed her meal was very good as well. We will definitely want to return here again soon. With tip, the three meals totaled $99. This has a nice atmosphere for a pleasant dining experience.

Came in last night sat at the bar. late Bartender ... I won't use her name she knows who she is...was less than 2' from me and decided to srart a 5 minute conversation with the one person sitting at the bar about her vaccination schedule what she had when she's going. Yes she saw me sit down.....yes she saw me sitting there waiting to order my food and drink. She was beyond rude and didn't care. The fake smile didn't help. Oddly minutes later a couple came in and sat at the bar that she obviously knew she ran to them catered to them... They had their drink within a minute and actually went to take their food order before she ever came back to me. I decided to order my food carry out. Nobody wants to sit at a bar where the bar tender Only caters to the people she knows or WANTS to serve, as this isn't my first experience with her service.I live less than 5 minutes from daddy Jack's and my fries and sandwich were cold when I got home. Hmmmm. A really bad dining experience all the way around..Note to self... Never go to the bar unless Levi is working.

Got there at 6:20 did not get our entrees until 7:30. Then did not get what we ordered. Got the Calamari appetizer with the meal. Got the soup about 6:45, but not my wife’s salad. It also was delivered with the entrees. POOR service. Food was good.

We really liked this years ago and after one poor experience we tried again. Mistake! Service was slow and very unfriendly. Food just barely below average.
Reservations for party of 20, our entire family, some traveling here from Florida and Alaska. Three phone calls from Kona confirming we would be there.....so they knew we were coming! One third of the food was delivered to our table 20 minutes after the others were served! Waitress was embarrassed and apologized profusely, but four in our party took theirs home and two walked away. Horrible! I asked another staff member who said our order got pushed behind some carryout orders! Really?!? If you cannot handle and serve large parties, then do not accept the reservation! Never again!

I went to Kona Jack's hoping to eat a good quality seafood dinner. The server was very nice and the menu looked promising. No frozen seafood, the server said, everything will be cooked fresh. I was really looking forward to eat well there. But the unimaginative quality of cooking and the look of the food on the plates were very disappointing, no better than one would get in an average roadside pub. The check showed an amount you would expect to pay in an upscale restaurant. This made me leave with a bitter taste.

It's always a great time at Apres Jack's on Wednesday night. Joey and Dani provide excellent service, food is good, and Toy Factory will have you up and dancing to their funky rhythms.

We needed a Saturday night reservation for ten adults. When I called KJ’s the girl on the phone said it would not be possible until 9:00. In effect, nobody wanted to wait so just four of us went and got there at 7:00. Now, I am not sure if there is a capacity but the restaurant was 2/3 full at best with tables in the back room empty that could have accommodated everyone. However, the four of us had an awesome time aided by the waitress Danielle. She was teasing us about ordering water and staying hydrated but we absolutely thought she was the best. Maybe Danielle could give some advice to the girl who answered the phone! The food was extra-spectacular, the ambience was perfect...we all loved the service, the meal, the layout. Next time we return for soccer, I am taking all the parents there regardless of what the wait time is...if there is any. Your blackened prep is truly amazing! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

This place was amazing a few years ago. Not sure what happened. Dinner last night was terrible. I ordered sushi and couldn't even eat it! I brought it home and tried to feed it to my Powderpuff Persians. They wanted nothing to do with it either. I'm so sad to have to give them a bad review but people should know before spending $100 on a meal that they can't even eat. I should've known when I walked in and the restaurant was empty at 7 pm on a Saturday night! I give the server a 4 star simply because she forgot to bring my salad. Other than that, she did a good job.
