What a joke of a company. Charging customers a “temporary” energy fee that lasted for almost a year and only got it taken off when I complained. Also jacked up the rates to more than double from where we started initially.

I have never worked with a company who performs so poorly. This is the second time in a matter of months things have been consistently missed on my delivery. If you're not going to make my delivery window so I can check the order in, show up after 5pm when I'm in the middle of dinner the LEAST you can do is give my my order, which is based on a PAR anyway. Mop heads, linens, first aid kit, and restroom services have all been missed on a weekly basis. This is absolutely unacceptable.
