We waited 20 minutes for our food. I went to the counter to ask what's up, and they tell us they called our order and it was stolen by these other people that walked in and just plucked it off the counter. No one in our group of 4 heard the order being called and we were within eyesight of the front counter.

I realize I shouldn’t have high expectations for a fast food restaurant but it always boggles my mind when fast food is terrible. They literally have the same job all day long and they still can’t get it right. Our food was awful! It was cold, it was slapped together, even the fries were rubbery and tasted weird. We wouldn’t have even taken a chance on this place but it was late at night after leaving an event at Gainbridge and several things were closed. We even waited a while in spite of no one being in the dining room and no one in front of us in the drive through. The wait gave me hope that the food was fresh. No such luck. Do yourself a favor, save your money and just go get a gas station roller dog or something.

I have been coming to this arbys for at least 9 yrs i work close by. I go hear 3 - 4 times a week. I have always said its the best arbys in town. Tonight i ordered online i get there and they ask me to come in get my order at the drive thru speaker , i couldnt because i have a messed up ankle, which seem to aggravate the guy on the speaker, after abour 5 min at the window he told to pull up to the cone, 26 minutes later i get my food fries were cold dry hard, my crispy fish sandwhich wasnt cooked all the way and had a smell to it NOTHING was edible. Except the coke. Tomorrow i will be giving your food back. You lost a good customer . I will never eat here again, how your manager that was working tonight would allow this says a lot about hiw unfortunately this arbys standards have fallen

I ordered through the app and received my food quickly, yet the burger, for some reason, was already cold. Also, I go to Arby's mainly for the fries, but I got what seemed like the bottom of the bucket fries. Tiny and burnt.
