Person taking orders sounded like she didn’t want to work. I got a buffalo chicken wrap and they basically put a whole bottle of buffalo sauce in my wrap. Who is gonna eat that? And my fries were just thrown in the bag. None were not in the container.

The employees were very rude and not helpful at all they said we had to come in to order and when we parked and got out to find the doors was locked then went back to the drive-thru they got even more rude and told us to go somewhere
The roast beef gyro caught my eye. It was excellent. Their crinkle fries are amazing. When we went there, it was silent. The layout appealed to me. Many cozy booths. Additionally, Christian music was being played.
Management has a poor attitude and completely disrespectful they will curse you out like they did to me 1 star is too good for this business.

I just have to say, whoever made my reuben sandwich last night, 01-28-24 around 10pm, knocked it out of the park! Best one I've ever had from Arby's. Bread was toasted perfectly...Bravo! So good I had to write this, lol

I doordash alot to this location never had any issues with the employees well tonight i decided yeah I'd like a arby melt and of course some curly fries ? anyways i ordered online because i don't want to wait in line i pulled up and my partner who has some what a language barrier but spoke clear as day to the drive thur employee saying he had a pick up order for me and thw employee was like WHAT like she didn't understand so then we pulled up and asked for my last name in which he said once again she was like WHO just completely rude and we all know its not what you say its how you say it just wanted to point out how rude they were of also i asked for arby sauce ahe gave me one like it was coming from her pocketbook i will stick to my local arbys from now on

Walked in and tried to place my to go order and got no help . I'm standing at the register watching Tony and Amanda just standing around on there phones. She finally stops laughing and comes up to take my order . You are at work girl if you can't multi task then you should probably find another job .
