DO NOT USE PLASTIC CARD FOR PURCHASE! Use cash only! Today is 10/10/2022. On 10/09 I went through the drive thru and purchased a meal with my master card. Today I checked online my account transactions, and on 10/09 a VENMO account was set up. This was the only transaction I had today with master card. I called master card to report the transaction. Tomorrow, I'll be filling a police report and speak to the restaurant manager about the fraudulent transaction along with bring the receipt for the time stamp on the transaction to identify the employees working at that time.

Twice that I went to this Arby's they are out of Roast beef. So you don't have the meats. False advertising.

My order was taken in the drive through I didn’t even get to complete my order they just tell me to pull around to the window then when I get get there they claim they didn’t have any roast beef to make my sandwich didn’t even offer me anything else

This location is just all over the place, seems like every week they change their schedule. And the chicken strips are almost always dry, skimpy and inedible.

I originally rated this location cause it was slow for me being the only person in the drive thru line. Today, it was because I got a market fresh turkey, ranch and bacon sandwich that was missing the ranch (or any dressing of any kind). And it had like one piece of turkey. It was pretty sad.
Multiple members of the staff were fighting and screaming at each other, nearly becoming a physical altercation. Certainly not an enjoyable experience to listen to, on a slow afternoon at that, right in front of multiple guests.

Absolutely the worst meat on the French dip plus no French dip sauce. They always forget our sauces plus the food is in poor condition. Stop eating Arbys and let it go under. Tired of them stealing money. Worst place to eat by far.

I just had THEE WORST lunch Ive ever had from this location. I ordered a Reg Roast Beef sandwich Meal with curly fries and a strawberry lemonade. First, the sandwich was cold and the fries tasted like fish in addition to them being cold. The only thing good was the drink. I will never go back to this location unless it's for a drink. This location is seldom busy, so I decided to stop there. Mind you, there is one closer to my home, but I was going near this particular location. Never again. And Arby's used to be a family favorite especially when they had the Farmhouse salad.. Now you can't even order a salad with ham and turkey bc they no longer have ham.. Totally wasted my money and my lunchtime. Awful.......just awful.
