Not this Arby’s anyway! The remodel must offer staff new equipment that they don’t know how to use. After getting home with my food from the drive-thru, I discovered that the bun on my RB sandwich was completely burnt. So much for that dinner plan! Maybe it’s a good idea to sit and open all of your food items at the window for inspection prior to driving away.
