This is an horrible Arby's the customer service is terrible I went through the drive thru and ordered my food when I got to the window the manager was so stupid she didn't know what I ordered she thought I had an online order and said I didn't hear your order. How are you going to be the manager working drive thru and not know what I ordered this is RIDICULOUS NONSENSE!! I will never go back to this Arby's location AGAIN!!!

Literally had my order taken by a woman who had on her ear piece the whole time cussing over the dealer ship, then turns around and grabs frozen mozzarella sticks out of a lil freezer next to fryer with bare hands as she just itched her nose. This place is absolutely disgusting she was rude to the door dash customers coming in and I’m afraid to eat the food! Way to go Arby’s. They also soaked the sandwich in mayo wow this is gross

I ordered online for my coworkers and I and when I picked up the food in the drive thru they didn't have mozzarella sticks because the fryers were down. They gave mac and cheese instead. When I got back to my office they had forgotten the double roast beef as well. I didn't have time to drive back and wait for a refund or the missing food. I tried submitting the customer form on the Arby's website but it gives an error from multiple devices.

Price is average, the portions are always full, and the roast beef is always great.
Been coming here for awhile now, due for a review. Went today, and food was great as always. One of the Arby's team members had offered to make a fresh batch of fries if I wasn't in a hurry (which I wasn't). The crinkle fries were definitely worth the wait! I also ordered a coke (no ice), which they had caught the mistake of putting ice in the drink, which was promptly corrected. Staff has always been courteous here as well.

They’re listed as Closed on Google for some reason. A/Cs been broken for a month. It was 90 degrees inside today. For the prices they charge should be able to afford to fix their A/C. Avoid at all costs. I’m not coming back.
