Shelby at this location was so nice to me even though I showed up like 5 minutes before close 😭 I’ve work many years in food service management so I know how annoying that is lol. Food was great, attitudes were great, store looked clean. 10/10

Wow, where do I even start? I placed an order ahead at 8:46. I arrived at about 8:48, and I was asked to pull into a spot. Sure, no problem. I waited probably close to 15 minutes before a woman came out with our food. I’ve been to Arby’s many times, and the bag is usually relatively hot, but this was not. My bag was not even warm. I opened the bag to feel the items, and they were warm at best. I go inside and simply asked for a refund. I initially could not had been nicer if I tried. I simply asked for a refund as the items were cold, and the employee told me that “we just made it”. I explained that I have been at the hospital for the last few days for the birth of my daughter, and I was not in the mood to argue. She told me again that they were just dropped, and I said that I just want my money back. She grabs her manager, who begins to phone out as far as what to do. I overheard the employee very loudly talk to her colleagues about how “she just made it” and about how “he gave me some sob story”. I’m sorry that I offended a chef by criticizing her work, but it is really not that serious. However, to sit there and speak poorly about and mock a customer who was A. polite and B. offering rationale is unreasonable. I would implore management to watch footage if it’s available. I was absolutely in the wrong about what I said after hearing what she said, but the professionalism, or lack-thereof, actually leaves me astonished. To add insult to injury, why are there so many homeless people just chilling in the lobby? What are y’all doing in there? I’ve been coming here for years and I will never be at this location again.

Stopped by the drive up window a few day's ago and got a 5pc Steak nuggets to take home and fix a baked potato and veggie to go with it. I got home opened it up and laughed so hard to keep my blood pressure from shooting sky high.
Not only was there only 4 nuggets instead of 5 that cost me $5 and change they were so tiny and hard or rubbery lol you could say Jerky and they were nothing like the advertisement on TV Shame Shame Arby's you need to remove these from the menu if this is what your serving. I wish I would of thought to take a picture of it because I seriously couldn't believe what I was seeing TRASH is where they went.
You need to do better!

I purchased the French dip sub combo with curly fries. The sandwich was cold, the cheese was fresh from the cooler. I asked if my sandwich could be microwaved for 30 seconds to take the chill off. When I was given my sandwich it was so hot that it almost burned the me through the wrapper. It was way too hot to handle. As it cooled the bread got harder and harder making it difficult to chew, becauseit had been over microwaved. My fries were barely warm and turned cold within moments at my table. It was horrible. A waste of money.

The BBQ smokehouse sandwich is the best pork sandwich I have tasted since my last hog roast , I would highly recommend trying the sandwich , I spent for 2 meals was just under $30 which that sandwich is well worth that

Worst severive I've ever had. I ordered 2 drinks with no ice only got 1 drink with ice. Had to repeat myself several times. Made me pull up with no vehicle behind me and brings me Luke ish warm food.

I had a great experience with the lunch crew here. Pierre at the register was friendly and helpful. The dining area was very clean. The food was good.

The service in the lobby has sucked the last three times I've stopped here. Marcel is the worst kind of employee to have working register.
He's friendly, sure, but there is no service. Every time I've went he has been on register and he's either yelling to someone I can't see in the kitchen or bent over laughing for at least a minute before giving the customer any attention. When he finally looks up it isn't to say 'how can I help you' or anything like that, he just kind of stares vacantly waiting for you to initiate the interaction.
It's fine to enjoy your time at work, but when there's a customer right there waiting to be helped it is time to work. This location is in a busy retail area, many customers are trying to very quickly grab a bite to eat before going back to their own jobs. No one has time to or wants to wait for the cashier to pull himself together before being helped.
I'm not returning to this Arby's, there are plenty of other options nearby for a *quick* stop.

After a long delay and not getting to order at another Arby's location, I tried this location. I had coupons from a mailing. Everything went very well until I got home and checked my food. Per the receipt, my order was taken quickly and accurately, a classic roast beef meal and the second - a classic beef and cheddar meal. BUT the person making the order decided beef and cheddar does not require cheddar sauce. Ordered, Ccorrectky entered in the system, charged for, and paid extra for cheddar sauce, but apparently not worthy. As I commented in an updated review for the other location, customer service no longer means what it did prior to Covid.

We placed a mobile order at 10:45. I pulled up with my girlfriend at 10:57, and an employee cussed at us from her car and said their closed. The drive through says they are open until 12. Why are they closing early but still taking mobile orders? Absolutely ridiculous and unnacceptable.

The person who puts the potato cakes in the boxes does not know how to count. There are supposed to be 4. Not 3. You learn how to count before kindergarten. 4 is not a hard number. Do better
