Bad customer service, horrible food, not made correctly. Rude attitude from Manager Linda and her line staff. Had legit concerns and they wouldnt properly acknowledge us. Drive thru girl just acted dumb and giggled the whole time we addressed our concerns when we had mention the Cola was flat she asked if we wanted something else, after I had asked if they could change the syrup in the back she replied no and said she could give us different soda choice instead. Food order was incorrect, fries were cold, mac and cheese bites were cold and not cooked all the way through. Instead of wanting to fix our issue they were more concerned with their drive through timing instead making a correct order on time. Not a great experience!! It's 2025, I think robots could do a better job!!!

That said, I stopped at this location after a long day of things just not going right at work. I had a tall order, and this location absolutely nailed it. The customer service from Loren was the best I've had in years. It really made a great ending to my bad day and I am very grateful. Thank you, Loren! A++

I was traveling from Chicago and went through the drive thru at this Arby's in Shelbyville Indiana. The employee at the window was very friendly and smiling. Our sandwiches were very good, they were hot and loaded with beef just like you see in the advertisements. You don't find this anywhere anymore. A noticable difference. This restaurant stands out with courtesy and quality. I will make a point to stop here again.

I stop by this location pretty frequently but I want to brag on a specific employee, Justin. He was not only knowledgeable about the menu, but when my order was ready, he brought it to me. The entire staff is amazing!
