Sometimes the service is really slow, why they only got 4 stars but I guess they're short staffed too like lots of places so they do the best they can. Food is always good and hot and employees usually friendly and courteous. Just don't go here if you're really in a hurry.

I would love to give them a fourth star, but I can't. The food and service are as usual good but not perfect. The restaurant itself needs work, dark, and dreary. It's not a place I recommend late at night due to poor lighting. I wish they would upgrade this store to a more modern look.
I thought it would be quicker to just go inside and order since there was a couple cars waiting in the drive through, I defiantly thought wrong. There was only one person ahead of me and he had already ordered and was waiting for his order and it stops there. I stood there for 11 min. With no interaction with any employee who could clearly see me standing there. Finally an employee said he'd be with me in a few. So he was right, a "few" more minutes went by before I got to place my order. I ordered the buffalo chicken sliders and the first thing I noticed about them were the size. They are half the size of what they use to be. Arby's didn't cut back on them, they cut them in half, literally. Needless to say, I wasn't pleased with stopping to eat there and probably won't be stopping there anytime soon if I even do.

One of the worst, nastiest Arby's in Indy. Your feet will stick to the floor in the dining room, everything is covered in dirt and grime, and they are always out of some item.

The cashier was very loud and continued to cut me off while ordering. When I got to the window, he forgot my drink, and when I asked for it, he looked at the screen for a long time as if I was lying. Then he shoved a drink at me that clearly was not mine cause it had no ice. I didn't even want to say anything because of how he acted the whole visit.
