They are supposed to close at 12am and at 11:30pm some lady told me they close about 10:30pm then she said 11pm. I guess they can just close at whatever time they feel like.

I do not like this location. They always take your order and make everyone drive around to park in the truck stop so their times in drive the look good but really your are waiting 10min in a parking spot and they always forget your sauces so you just have to go back in line or inside or just leave and forget them. I even asked this gal when she asked me to pull around to please make sure our sauces were in the bag. I got home and NO sauce at all. Mozzarella sticks with no marinara and jalapeno with no broncoberry when I asked for extra. Only sauces I asked for. Worthless service at this location

Tried to go through the drive thru and we waited while two young blonde girls stared at us and after a few minutes one of them finally came over the intercom and said the drive thru was closed it was 9p. Maybe they should have turned off the menu sign at the drive thru or at least a sign on the intercom stating the hours.

The girl behind the counter was cursing the customers and was dressed in a crop top. Should be fired if it was my store she qould be gone.
This was by far the worst Arby’s I’ve been to. The roast beef slicer had a pile of meat sitting on it that looked like it had been there all day. The employees had a radio turned up loud playing music like it was dance party time. An employee on break was sitting at a table near the counter smoking a cigarette. We got two chicken sandwiches which were cooked in old/bad oil. Mozzarella sticks were ok other than not being not fresh.
