This is the second time we've been to this location and both times there's plenty of employees in there working but they don't answer the drive-thru and they ignore people and it's still according to their hours it still should be open. Grrrrrr come on management do something......... If they don't want to work fire them

This poor staff. It's a Thursday night and they are slammed and there are only three people working here tonight?? Y'all should staff more people, like a singular extra person would have the service here through the roof. The manager, I didn't get his name, but he was exceptionally polite despite the numerous incredibly rude CUSTOMERS in the lobby. The worst behaved people in the place were the people on the same side of the counter as me. If you ever see a business absolutely slammed and you have the audacity to get rude with the employees, take a step back and think for just a second.

Ordered a Reuben combo, $13 and some change was the total. Sandwich barely had any corned beef on it and it was not warm at all. Prices are getting higher but food quality is non existent anymore.

Ordered through DoorDash and waited 46 minutes past original delivery time. I was missing my son's fries and my wife's fries were frozen together. They don't even check or cook the food in this location. The worst part is that this isn't the first complaint of this after reading the reviews.
