I ordered to of those fish sandwiches and had to pay extra for pickles and tomatoes. And I had to pull out front and wait 10 minutes. And didn't even get a napkin in the bag. Or no sorry for your wait

I don't know why I always stop here. This place is bad. They consistently get my order wrong or send me home with items not made correctly and the wait in the drive through is insane. If you go inside it's just the workers all yelling at each other.

Order has been wrong everytime recently and whoever is working the drive thru barely let's you place your order (rushes and talks over you) this has happened multiple times. The employees have no customer service skills. Will no longer be spending my money at this arbys

My classic roast beef was cold and the root beer was flat. The fries tasted stale and the wait was really long for a fast food joint
Today, it took too long for the lady to take my order in the drive thru, especially since I was the only one there. I ordered a small classic beef n cheddar meal with a cookie & she tells me $14. Absurd! I confirm that's the price for a small & she then tells me they only have medium & large. It's sad & pathetic that these restaurants won't allow their cx to make a freaking decision on what they want instead of just ringing up what they want you to have. This seems to be the norm, so they don't lose a sale, I guess. After her explanation, I politely told her no thank you...I'll go elsewhere. One thing for certain I'll never patron this location again.

Jalapeno peppers always great when you're wanting a good snack.
Orders take minimum of 25 minutes and once you receive your order it's incorrect. Blatantly lied about smoothie machine being out.
Lazy workers.
No longer taking orders 40 minutes before closing… but standing around the place on cell phones. Did they clock out though? I doubt it.
