Cashier didn’t listen to our order. Messed up the sandwich. Wanted a roast beef double. Got a cheddar and beef. Yucky! Would not remake! Not very helpful.

I just came through, expecting this location to still be open. All of the exterior lights were off, front door locked, no one answered drive thru. As a corporate owned business it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that your online hours reflect your actual business hours accurately. Its really disappointing to see that a business doesn't close for two hours online, driving all the way over there, only to find out they're closed. This appears to be a pandemic in broad ripple and I am so tired of it. This is not the first time I have had issues with this location. The last time I tried to go there I ordered through the app for pick up and when I arrived there were no employees to be found. I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes, even attempting to call the store phone which I did hear ringing far off, but no one ever answered. Eventually someone came to give me my food which was cold by then. Very disappointed.

OMG!!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could!! WTH, who would give out BURNT FOOD!!! We are very disappointed! They are Burnt all the way up!!! HARD AS HELL!! We were so excited to try them. I got off work and hubby grabbed them to surprise me. Please CHECK YOUR FOOD! I tried to call 2x's before leaving this review. No one answered and no voicemail.
Update: My husband went and talked to the manager. He replaced our burnt steak bites with a fresh order & offered a drink. That was nice if him. We appreciated that. I still wouldn't order them again. Still cook to much and dry. (A little better) I would call these beef jerky steak bites. They taste artificial. I know this is not a steak spot. I appreciate him making us a new order. We tried them & ended up throwing them out.

I stopped at Arby’s for a quick snack on the way home & the service I received was impeccable! I was greeted with a friendly welcome from Joshua & Derek when I pulled up to the window which was refreshing after the day I had. Food was delicious but I ordered fries with my slider and they weren’t fresh. Other than that, my experience was great!

I ordered to of those fish sandwiches and had to pay extra for pickles and tomatoes. And I had to pull out front and wait 10 minutes. And didn't even get a napkin in the bag. Or no sorry for your wait
I don't know why I always stop here. This place is bad. They consistently get my order wrong or send me home with items not made correctly and the wait in the drive through is insane. If you go inside it's just the workers all yelling at each other.

Order has been wrong everytime recently and whoever is working the drive thru barely let's you place your order (rushes and talks over you) this has happened multiple times. The employees have no customer service skills. Will no longer be spending my money at this arbys
