I just left Arby's and the sweetest young lady, her name is Bethany, was working drive thru, she did my order to perfection, bought a combo and a apple and a cherry turnover and she put each turnover in it's own little bag and labeled each one so I would know them apart, stay sweet young lady, the world needs more people like you!!!

I came through the drive thru yesterday during my lunch break and order a simple double roast beef,and the girl on the speaker was so cheerful and kind,and and when I met with her at the window she was all smiles! I asked her name and she said her name was Bethany,I complimented her,and Arby's I hope ya keep this one shes a keeper and I'm 100% coming back too see her joyful personality and good customer service 💖

Collected my $14, had me pull forward so the computer can't see how slow they are, then brought me my food with no drink 10 minutes later. No wonder it's always empty. Great food, terrible price, terrible service.

Seemed like a long wait but my food was hot and fresh. Don't eat the new cheese steak, it was mushy like a dog food type of consistency, didn't see any cheese on it at all. Employee that handed my food out the window struggled with these super long fingernails that I thought would be more of a handicap than a beauty aid. Food is way more expensive than I remember and the quality today really made me second guess my choice of restaurant to eat at this evening.
