Arby's is always good!

For one the drive-through person speaks way too fast. The first time I went to go order here he said my total so fast that I thought he said $9.65 to come to find out it was $11.65 for just one sandwich a drink and a cheese sauce. I came back today April 2 on my lunch and I had the exact same person again. And I ordered the same thing that I wanted but this time I did not get my cheese sauce. He needs to slow down when taking these orders, and get the orders right before he hand them out. I will not come back until this is resolved.

I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap. I got a completely drowned Buffalo chicken sandwich that the bread was pure mush.The fries were room temperature. Highly disappointed. Kinda mad.

If I could give this place a negative 100 star rating, I would! The absolute disgust that I just witnessed from an actual MANAGER with a customer was beyond foul, heartless, and just down right unnecessary! There are no words to describe this experience, at all! Thank god I have it all on camera! Tony Niemann is the General Manager, of course with no listed number. If someone higher up could PLEASE contact me. I would really like to show this video of the management hired to run this store...

Was quick grab and go through drive thru. I made the mistake and got the fish and cheese sandwich instead of a roast beef. Was disappointed. Looked like a Gordon frozen fish stick with a slice of cheese on top. I should have stuck with a roast beef...

I tried using the app but it was too close to the time for them to close. The lady at the drive thru was very nice. As far as the atmosphere goes, I mean it's a drive thru. There's not much to look at except for the car in front of you. Food was good though.

Their machines were down and I had to wait an extra 5 or 10 minutes. Then they forgot one of my meals...But they were very respectful and made it right and the food was good. I think the work ethic was good as well too.
