I was missing two fries that I ordered for two meals witch was $30 and when I called the store to get a refund as I live almost 20 minutes away and did not have time to come up to the store, no one answered I called 3 times and no one answered that’s crazy! I work in food service and I understand that it gets busy and people make mistakes but to not answer the phone when a customer is calling that’s crazy to me.

Poorly run location. They've been out of Arby's Sauce in the pump for weeks, and during my last visit, they didn't have any ketchup at all on the premises. The workers have rude and dismissive attitudes as well.

This location is very understaffed and are doing the best they can. I ordered through the app and got there 5 minutes early and they hadn't received my order until then. I didn't get my food until 7 minutes after my scheduled time. Food was hot and fresh... They just need help

We stopped here after viewing the ecipse in totality in Indy on our way back home. Everyone was in a buoyant, happy mood. The sandwich hit the spot, too.(Get it...eclipse...spot.) ?

I was completely surprised with this Arbys. We went through the drive-thru, these guys were energetic and fun. Best experience at a fast food restaurant in a long time.

Great. Place update 11/15/23 went through drive through the messed up our oder. We got home i called they want a recipet and the food back to fix it wont be back ? the roastbeef tasted old had to throw everything away oh well wont be
