I think the restaurant could have been cleaner. There was only maybe two other customers in the restaurant at around 3:30 p.m. I only saw one worker behind the counter, so Arby's probably needs to staff this restaurant more efficiently. They should have workers out on the floor and workers behind the counter . The floors were not cleaned. Some of the tables were not cleaned. The restaurants in general could have smelled better and cleaner. The curly fries that we ordered were hot and fresh, but I would probably not go back to this particular restaurant.

Roast beef sliders were great! Soft, fresh buns and cheese. Small size is perfect to slip in purse and enjoy during a movie;•)

I went in there around 1:30 on January 30th. I don't know if I have been mistreated at other places, but the drive thru person at Arby's was great. Like, if you need to know who deserves $15+ an hour working fast food; it's that guy. He had tattoos on his arm. I say this as an identifier; no judgement.He was nice, remembered a small part of my order, knew what they served, and was just pleasant and efficient. I was out of there quickly and my items were correct.I just want to say that that experience, though simple, should be every experience everywhere.

This place has gone downhill over the last year or two, but my visit there tonight really sealed the deal. I won't ever be going back here and I STRONGLY advise others to consider against it as well. I ordered a few items for me and the family: chicken sliders, a Reuben, and a chicken bacon Swiss plus a few other things, and while I was already unhappy with the quality of the Reuben (dry bread, sparse ingredients, cold temp, and all this on top of the high price), I moved on to the chicken bacon Swiss. I thought it tasted a little odd (it was also cold) and then I looked down to see that I had been gulping down RAW CHICKEN. Like, the inside was the color of my palm raw (photo attached). I just have to wait and see if I get food poisoning I guess. We threw away the uneaten food as it had been put in the same bag with the raw chicken sandwich. This is just totally unacceptable and could end up seriously harming someone. So gross.

The guy helping me at the counter was some of the best food service I have gotten since moving here 2 years ago. I don't know his name, but it was a big dude with a bunch of tattoos. Super nice guy. He is polite and you can tell he gives good service because it's the thing to do, not begrudgingly or because they told him to he nice. You can tell it's they way he treats everyone in all parts of his life, not just at work. Promote this dude. Give him a raise. Do it before he finds someone else that will and leaves.

Quick stop for Jalapeño Bites, drove to drive through and we found no one. We quickly parked and got in to see attendants busy on their phone and forgetting to check the drive through.While order was ready in less than 5 minutes, the attendant came out and left the bag without calling a name and walked away. We visited at about 7pm, while I am sure it’s end of day definitely no reason to be distracted and angry.Jalapeño poppers were crunchy, piping hot and just the right combo for rainy weather. We enjoyed the poppers but didn’t like the sweet sauce by the side (personal preference of course)
