I ordered online and went home to eat. Once I opened my sandwich, I saw these hairs on the meat. So I drove all the way back up there for a refund and returned the sandwich to them. They didn’t know how to refund me. I called customer service and they said they’d refund me the difference but they never credited my $5 reward back to my account. I would’ve liked to use that at a different location. When I went to this one two weeks ago there was a hair stuck on one of my chicken tenders like it was cooked with it. So I won’t be going back to this one… or maybe not any others if they don’t make it right. Just gross!

Horrible food and horrible service! I ordered online, BOGO sandwich for free. I scheduled the pickup for 30 mins. When I arrived, I pulled up to the drive-thru and proceeded to ask for my order. After about 5 mins, the worker gave me my order. I asked her if it was freshly cooked and she said, “No online orders are cooked to order, and if I wanted it that way I would have to ask after I got there!” I said what was the purpose of the convenience of online ordering if I would have to wait an additional amount of time for them to COOK it FRESH? I said I wanted to check my order but she proceeded to close the window and take the next customer. The burger was hard as a brick and cold! When these burgers were first Introduced, they were delicious and tasted better than a restaurant specializing in BURGERS! I got my first one in Rockford, Illinois!! I won’t be back! I did do the survey but haven’t heard from management! My second choice was the chicken sandwich, same disappointment, dry and hard!!!!

Drive through order taker make it necessary to repeat my sandwich order 4 times. Either a new speaker would be a solution or a order taker hearing aid. I was ordering a turkey ranch bacon sandwich which I love.
