4 arby's roast beef sammies for 10 bux and a large curly fries is plenty for me and my wife. But what makes it worth mentioning is the quality of the food and the quality of the service. I came through the drive there at about 12 noon. The line was next to nothing and things moved fast. But most notable was the positive greeting I got from the young man at the drive through window. For the record, this was Monday, August 11, 2025 and the service was incredibly friendly. Friendly service is a lost art but this young fella really did go out of his way to ask how my day was. May seem like very little and it's not required. But huge difference maker for me. Someone in this employees life, a manager or a great family or great friends - impacted the approach this guy was taking as he dealt with folks. When I choose Arby's in the future - I will go here in hopes that I encounter other employees that are the same.
As for the food quality - the sandwiches were really good - just what I remembered. And the curly fries were hot and crunchy. Some of them actually made it to the house but did not fare well 10 minutes inside the door.
I write my reviews always with the hope that businesses reward the good stuff that their employees are doing and as a way to communicate what is good in services and products.
Someone should tell the young man who man's the drive through there on East 82nd St across from Castleton Mall that his efforts to be pleasant and efficient are appreciated and impact the success of his employer.

I had a WONDERFUL experience last week at this location. I came a few days after work at 5:30-6pm. The service was bomb and the food was so fresh. I cannot remember the gentleman name but he worked drive thru and he made it a delightful experience. I will definitely be back VERY SOON !
Keep the good work

A Roast Beef Classic That Still Hits the Spot
Arby’s was founded by the Raffel brothers, with the first location opening in Boardman, Ohio, on July 23, 1964. Back then, Arby’s roast beef sandwich sold for 69 cents—at a time when a basic hamburger at other joints cost just 15 cents. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it stood out.
When Arby’s opened in Indianapolis, I’m not sure where that first location was—or exactly when it happened—but I remember how it felt. To me, Arby’s always seemed like a slightly healthier alternative to the usual burger spots. Or at least that’s what I told myself.
What really kept me coming back, though, was the taste. That roast beef—moist, flavorful, shaved thin, and piled high—was (and still is) hard to beat.
Today I DoorDashed this location and ordered a Double Roast Beef sandwich and crinkle fries. It hit the spot. Pro tip: if you’re picking up your order to take home, throw in a couple of potato cakes to snack on in the car. Don’t forget napkins, some Horsey Sauce, a few packs of ketchup, and you’re good to go.
Some things change, but Arby’s roast beef? Still a classic.

This Arby's is terrible. Every time I go here, they mess up my order or serve burnt food. I just ordered 2 meals and 1 sandwich. The completely messed up both meals. Total order cost $30. It's unbelievable how consistently the service is terrible here.

I come to this location about once a week for lunch. Nearly every time I come in, Angela is the one to take my order. I started coming in more often because the app wasnt working when id try and order online, so when id come in id place my order, the people were always very sweet and very efficient. I rarely ever have an issue with my orders but I think something was missed or something one time but they corrected it very quickly. The efficiency is important so I can get back to the office and finish out the rest of my day. So their hard work is always appreciated. Today Angela was trying so hard to remember my name before I told her as shes seen me many times before. We had a good laugh and she told me she'll remember next time. But today I made sure to remember hers since shes done very well ans always done a great job with my order to get me in and out quickly. So thank you Angela for another great experience as always, ill be back next week so to see if you remember still!

It's a Retro Arby's on the inside which was nostalgic. A little worn down but it was clean. Food was good, people are very nice.

I had picked up an order for my office and Ms. Flowers had checked everything and we thought it was good. She chased me down as I was about turn out if the parking lot because she found she missed two cheese cups. Shout out to Ms. Flowers for going above and beyond to make sure our order was complete.
I got buffalo sliders and the last few times i’ve been everything been fresh!
I like the brisket sandwich
i ordered on 02/02/25 ~ at about 3:10pm
- food was fire, no complaints.
- young girl working the counter was very nice and helpful.
- however, the manager lady was very rude and unprofessional. i asked for 4 bronco berry sauces and because i didn’t order jalapeño poppers the manager wanted to say i didn’t “need” that many. mind you i ordered food for 2 people, and we both love the bronco on our sandwiches, fries, and mozzarella sticks. its the only sauce i use, and i use it for everything. for the manager to pop off over some sauce is crazy. she scolded her employee for giving me the sauce, and continued to talk about me not “needing” the sauce all while im standing there. she even claimed that im trying to get free stuff and that shes going to start charging people “25 cents” for sauce. her behavior was highly unprofessional and very inappropriate. as i was leaving, the manager was still standing there with her arms crossed, talking about me loudly and acting pressed over some bronco berry. i didn’t say anything, instead i decided to be mature and take it to the reviews. her attitude is the exact reason she’s going to be stuck working in fast food. just beware that the manager may be petty if you ask for sauce, when the items you ordered don’t “come with” the sauce you’re asking for. i wasn’t aware i was only allowed to use specific sauces for certain items.
Loved it, went here for some food, and it was pretty good, no complaints at all
