Late night drive thru. Before I ordered a chicken slider Raechelle informed me it would be a short wait. She was pleasant from the speaker to the window. You don’t get to many great experiences like this at fast food establishments anymore.
We’ve had great experiences here and it’s right around the corner. Staff is always very nice too. I’m glad to have a nice restaurant so close by. Thank you for all of your hard work.
The location on 82nd Street by the Castleton Mall has gone down hill. Buffalo Chicken sandwich was covered in cold sauce. Went through about 14 napkins in this sandwich because it was sopping wet. The bun was like a wet wash cloth. Probably the worse Arby's in the US & that's saying something.
