Drive thru to try their fish sandwich. It was ok but nothing to brag about. Would like to have had some pickles on it but said they didn't have pickles since they don't have hamburgers.

Have been her many times over the years.I work nights on south Tibbs Ave.Stopped today about 2:00pm. Got a French dip sub with no cheese to take to work with me.Got to work less than ten minutes later and opened it up, the bun had three spots of green mold on the outside of it.I tried calling 6 times, and let it ring, until it either automatically cut me off or an employee puck d it up and hung up.Never went to any kind of voice mail.

Just spent $22 for a 5 piece chicken tender meal and jalapeno bites with a cup of cheddar. I get home and I have cheese sticks and no cup of cheese. There was not 1 person in front of me so you can't blame it on being busy. It was clear negligence. I tried to call to see what can be done and got no answer. I don't ever complain about about restaurant experiences because there's lots of easy ways for things to get forgotten but this started right from the order taker thmself. I want my money back or a new meal for another time that is correct.

For some reason just feel like they have changed not only the buns but the roast beef itself. I kinda of was thinking that time before this time but just thought it could of been me but my friend that was with me today noticed it too. So ok Arby's what's up? Is it different kind of meat,cooked different and the what's going on with the buns? Not liking Arby's liked used too.
