My order was wrong, and the cashier proceeded to tell me how he made my order just as he heard it. Well, that was false because it was wrong, I got home, realized it was, and went back with the receipt to get my order corrected. Had difficulty getting my order made the way I wanted. Eventually, they got it right, after much back and forth.

Food alright but 7 all need to clean the he'll out of that place! The condiment dispensers have dirt and fuzz and oily residue that I can c and feel! Wouldn't go here if I was you!

I drove up around 3 p.m., Saturday, 3-9-2024. Could barely hear the employee on the speaker but got my order in. He never looked at me or said anything at the window. That employee disappeared and a polite lady handed me my order. When I got home I noticed no fries. I'd ordered a Reuben as a meal.I dine here every few weeks and am not sure I want to come back, partly due to the rudeness and partly due to the poor service.

I ordered a brown sugar bacon turkey sandwich in the drive thru. When I got home I opened the bag and I had a fish sandwich. I could not return to the restaurant so I called. I asked for the correct order to be delivered. They would not make this right without me making another trip to the restaurant which I could not do. Arby's owes me my money back or the correct sandwich delivered to me. There was no one else in the restaurant or drive thru line when this happened, so busy-ness cannot be the excuse. They need to be responsible for their error. It is not on me to take the steps to rectify the error.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and after they had me wait 5 mins since they were “cooking” the chicken but when i bit into it its all raw!!! The worst experience ever.!!!!!!

I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich With a large strawberry lemonade. My Buffalo chicken sandwich barely had buffalo on it, the chicken is not COOKED, and the lemonade is not a large. I am sick to my stomach that I actually took a bite of RAW CHICKEN. THIS IS DANGEROUS!! I have never had an issue with Arby’s but the one on Lafayette needs to be shut down immediately. I DIDN’T ENJOY ANYTHING ABOUT THIS MEAL THAT CAM UP TO ABOUT 11 DOLLARS.
