Placed an order using drive through, one sandwich was supposed to be a beef and cheddar. Also asked for Arby's sauce. In place of the beef and cheddar, received a regular roast beef and no sauce. Simple order, but too much to ask for. Some issue has happened every time during the last three visits. Apparently napkins are no longer presented with drive through orders. I recommend Arby's, but not this one. I'm not sure if it's training or management.

My $7.99 smokehouse brisket sandwich was terrible - a Junior Arby’s would’ve been bigger than this, and it was on the wrong bread So disappointing and I’m mad at myself that I did not look at it before I left the store ALWAYS LOOK AT YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE!!!

If this were the first time I had a bad experience here I wouldn’t say a word because sometimes, things happen. However, this place is going downhill quickly. Last time they forgot part of our order which we realized before leaving so it was corrected. This time though it was a simple order, a double roast beef add cheddar sauce & a medium curly fry. What I got was crinkle fries that are insanely old & cold, a roast beef, with a spot of cheddar sauce and then Arby’s sauce on it as well. I didn’t want a beef and cheddar but if it’s going to that at least put it on the beef and cheddar bun. This would have been enough on its own but then the fact that my being there definitely seemed like an inconvenience to the drive thru girl from the moment I pulled up and I hear “go ahead with your order and then she had to stop leaning on the counter to take my payment and again to give me my food. I don’t think that we will return. It’s close to home and Arby’s is one of my favorites but this just isn’t worth a dollar let alone the almost 12 that I paid for trash food and trash service.

They were out of a lot of stuff. People were walking in and not getting waited on and leaving. People in the drive through were not getting waited on and giving up and leaving. The food that we did get was cold. This was at 6:30 pm they should have been busy and it looked like they were getting ready to close for the night. Not at all what I expected.

My family had such a great experience today. The food was perfect. And the staff was great. Amber the manager is so kind. It was the best fast food I've ever had.
Normally I would give this Arby's a 5 star all around, however, I stopped in last night like I do every other week night a little after 10pm to order 8 roast beefs & 3 large fries only to be told they didn't have any roast beef. I have stopped there for the last 6 months or so & have NEVER been told once they didn't have enough beef for a sandwich. Then she laughed & said sorry. This is after I & another car sat in line waiting for almost 10mins to order. She should have informed me they had no roast beef BEFORE taking my order. Customer service like that is just a turn off. I understand that companies run out of things but Arby's is supposed to be "The home of Beef" & yet they had none at all.. Felt more like lazy workers, I can be wrong & there is a 1st time for everything but really..? The amount of time it took for her to come across the intercom & the attitude combined made it bad customer service.
Aside from the 15 minute wait in line, it was a good experience. The cashier was polite and apologetic for the wait. She took our order quickly and correctly.
We got our food after the potato cakes cooked (5 min.) - fresh and hot. They were so good!! The Classic Arby’s were as good as expected. All in all, a good lunch.

Arby’s is a never-fail experience. At every location — including this one — the staff is so nice to me, I have to do a double-take just to make sure they’re sincere (they are — lol).
Food is on-point every time, from bread to meat, temperature to texture.
Good people, good food — worth every penny.

When it would of been so easy for you to be negative and unhappy and not give good customer service. But you prevailed knowing you were short staffed and the only ones working. THANK YOU!!!
Stopped in to have dinner with my mom we were the only ones in the dining rm. The drive thru seemed to be pretty consistent but we got our food in a decent amount of time. Our food was extremely hot and we had to wait for it to cool down before eating. This is a tough industry with no one wanting to work. But you ladies ROCKED it out tonight!! Keep doing what your doing!! Thanks ladies!!

The lady who took our orders was kind. The slider with buffalo sauce was amazing and I would definitely recommend (there obviously small so order enough ??)
