Tried the new Turkey gobbler it was nasty the sandwich was cold and the dressing on it was mushy. The store was dirty with food all over the tables and floor.

I'm so tired of this. for the last 3 years, every other time I come here they give me the wrong order. I order and pay for a double roast beef, I'm given a beef n cheddar. I'm tired of driving home 10 minutes and seeing cheese everywhere. teach your staff the menu. If it says roast beef, there should be no cheese. if it says beef and cheddar. put cheese on it. I'm tired of your cheese obsessed staff
We just order some fast food through the window It was disgusting We had to throw it all in the trash We brought it home. I wish I would have took pictures but I didn't The fries were gross mixed up burnt the buns were burnt the sandwich was cold no wonder Arby's are shutting down everywhere disgusting

Major improvement to service. Today I ordered a #1 double, food was fresh. Buns were soft. Drive through guy with the super deep voice was very polite and pleasant to deal with compared to many other establishments. Will be going back!

Order two ham and Swiss on brioche bun along with one classic roast beef. Despite the these special order sticker saying brioche bun no sesame seed. Both ham and swiss came on sesame seed buns. Guess I should have checked before leaving the drive-thru. I assume since I got the stickers right they got the sandwiches right. Guess I was wrong.
