Arrived at the restaurant just after 11:00am and the door was locked. The time on the door says open at 10am. Went to drive thru and someone said just a moment. After waiting several "moments", no one came back to take my order. When I drove away there was no one ahead of me. I have lost count of the number of times that I have tried to enter this Arby's only to find the door locked. It's obvious to me that this Arby's does not want to deal with customers!

The employees were giving everyone in the drive thru attitude. Ordered 6 roast beef sliders and they all were immediately thrown away. There wasn't a cooked piece of meat in any 6 sandwiches. Worst arbys I've ever been to, if you have any other option to go to do it. Don't go here to eat unless you want to eat red, raw, roast beef.

Never eat at this place food is very cold I ordered potato cakes no one called to let me know they didn’t have any threw in some cold fries thought that was acceptable. I hope we don’t get sick because every time I ordered from them the food is always cold. Never will I eat there again spent 42.00 on a order for only the food come to you cold
