Amazing little spot in Fountain Square. Super friendly staff and so many options. They have tons of things I have never tried as well as some donuts and gelato. I’ll probably be back for a cake for a family members birthday! I got 4 pastries and it was under $5! Will be a regular from here on out!

My complaint is not how they take care
My complaint is about the bread not to much sweet bread is like 30 different pieces or less and that is it
Is not like ours country when you have many choices and honest the sweet bread is not really tasty is ok
But ladies attendant me was super nice and polite and i like that

New pastry shop in Fountain Square. Roadside parking. Delicious pastries, great prices. This is not an eat in place. You get a tray and tongs to choose what you want.

I ordered a cake and they wanted to Charge me EXTRA , for the NORMAL SIMPLE DECORATION you put on a cake ...? No extra decoration just the simple thing they put around !? And I don't know if they where upset because I didnt want to add it because i just thought it was ridiculous , they DIDNT add one of the fillings inside but yet charged me for the extra filling ..... never again !
I really liked coming here when I first heard they open everything was great the bread and the cake but lately I’ve been disappointed I order a cakes for my daughters birthday party and when my husband went to pick it up they said they forgot to make it. They did make it and brought it all the way to where the party was but they should be more responsible when you order a cakes ahead of having to have it ready when they said it was going to be ready. Then we bought a cake for my dads birthday party and it was so dry and it was suppose to be a tres leches cake and it didn’t seem like it was really dry our guest didn’t even want to eat it. I haven’t been back since. Taking my money elsewhere and not recommending to anyone I know.
Terrible service, if you place orders you have to keep in mind that they will delay it up to 10 minutes later, and this is not the first time it has happened, they almost always do the same thing.

I went to the store to buy a cake I made an order the next day I came back to get my cake for my sister and they told me that is was not ready they told me it well be ready by 2pm and I even gave them like 4hours I came like at 7pm and they told me it was not ready horrible customer service.

LAST TIME I buy a cake from that place. They didn't give me service for several minutes I was left standing there. a very small cake with plastic and crooked designs for $50 and the girl who doesn't know how to count cash was there looking up at the sky saying “ummmmm”. Bad service.

Usually, the cake is done well as far as taste. The taste is not the problem here but what we ran into with the execution of said order. The whip cream on the cake was too much. The cake was designed in the way we didn’t ask. It’s expensive which would be fine if they had done it the way we asked. The cake had a huge grump of whip cream on top which we thought was cake until we scooped it off. The lady here was rude to my father and said “this is how we do it here” and told him to complain elsewhere.
Extremely disappointing and we haven’t been here since then. I rather get good service and a decent cake rather than give a rude person money and be chastised for not liking a mediocre cake.

The breads are very delicious but the cake, oh, not very ugly, the truth is it tasted like cheese, very ugly cake, I would not buy it again, honestly ??
