A crunchy bread, bolillo is a traditional bread from Mexico and Central America. It is like a baguette but shorter in length.
Telera
A staple bread for sandwiches all over Mexico. This bread has a softer texture and a crispy crust on the outside. Split these breads and fill with your favorite sandwich fillings. These are the basis for the popular Mexican sandwich, 'torta', which usually contains mashed avocado, a spread made of black beans or refried beans, pickled jalapenos, lettuce, tomato and onion.

Cream Puff
A light pastry filled with a smooth creme and topped with almonds and a sprinkle of sugar. These are an artisan specialty and one of our most popular items.
Cannoli
Cannoli with a melted chocolate interior and filled with a light cream mixed with cherries and chocolate chips.
Truffle
Little balls of yummy goodness in flavors of hazelnut baileys and chocolate cherry tequila, these hand rolled truffles are soft and smooth bursts of flavor.

Vanilla cake with frutti mixed berry jam filling and whipped cream.
Oreo Tres Leches
Marble cake with oreo cookies n' cream filling.
Rompope Tres Leches
Vanilla cake soaked in Rompope, a rum and vanilla mixture, with a Bavarian cream filling and topped with cinnamon.
Red Velvet
Red velvet cake with frutti mixed berry jam and fresh strawberry filling.
Opera
Two layers of sponge cake soaked in Kahlua coffee liquor, chocolate ganache, and coffee flavored cream.

An almond sponge cake soaked in amaretto and coffee liquor. Also has mascarpone cheese, chocolate ganache, and cocoa.

The ladies i met weren't the friendliest as far as customer service goes. Also I wouldn't get canolis from. Thier again if your looking for authentic. It tasted like their version of a canoli. Some of the pastries were good but not great! I will say the jalapeño cheese bread was straight fire. And the lemon cookie i would say was great.

Stopped in for the first time. Very impressive display of pastries, cookies, and cakes. Bought several different pastries and a loaf of their bread. Have enjoyed everything we purchased and will be back.
