Art’s Skillet is a wonderful place to eat in Lawrence! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I’ve been here multiple times and always leave satisfied. I love this restaurant! Their breakfast is amazing—Art’s Famous Skillet is a standout favorite. The servers are always friendly and quick, and the prices are very reasonable. The patio is also a decent spot to sit and enjoy a meal when the weather’s nice. Highly recommend!

It seemed friendly at first. Just enough space to feel safe grabbing coffee and a light breakfast in transition. The waitress was somewhat kind, but really came alive with Spanish speaking guests. Check out was horrendous. Micro aggressions. Cashier passed my hand to place the receipt on the countertop. Waitress treated me without gratitude when I overtipped her on my card... but praised guests who gave her average cash tips. lol. make it make sense. Food was average, not the worst. Not a place I intend to stop by again
