Went on a Saturday noonish and had no wait to sit. The team was quick and very attentive!

I am a big cider fan. Love coming in every now and again to try a bunch of new ciders with the flight option they offer.
I like the PB&J cider even if everyone else I've asked dislikes it.

Great taproom in a large space. Great ciders, we ended up leaving with a case of 24 cans made of 4-packs of our favorites

Okay I don’t wanna lower the average rating, wish I could just leave a review lol. Love the cider. Cider gets an A+. But I bought a 4-pack with a $20 bill for $14.72. I got a $5 bill back. I am a little irritated I didn’t get my 28 cents lmao it’s silly to leave a negative review but I needed to air my grievance. I didn’t ask for the coins because she was on the phone and I was awkward.
Absolutely love and opportunity to spend some time at ash and elm! Everything on the food menu is phenomenal and many items are large enough to share. Flights of ciders are the best way to taste several of the delicious flavors. Service is always supreme and the atmosphere is laid back and some nights have scheduled events so check the calendar!

My favorite ciders not only in the city, but the country. Great service always and an unbeatable product. Even better on tap than canned. Good food as well!

Server was nice and knowledgeable, but it's not a great location, and the inside is kind of cold and not especially comfortable. Cidars are good, and good variety, but kind of expensive for a place without much going on otherwise. If you like drinking local give it a try.

Parking is very, very rough. The place was nearly empty, yet. Nowhere to park. Something that needs to be solved.
Nice big open space. Food is medium. Serviceable, but far from great. If you like cider, I'm sure it's fine, but all of it is much too sweet for my palate. Even the supposed dry stuff.

Industrial vibes meets a smidge kitschy. They have a wide cedar selection, with seasonal flavors. Love that they let you try them before committing. They have a pretty good food selection and even have gluten free dessert. Space is very open and good for all party sizes. It's also fairly kid friendly, with coloring pages and high chair available.

Finding the place was slightly more difficult than expected, but once we got inside, we had a good experience. I enjoyed the cider flight and liked all four of my choices. It was fun that they had the dice and Roll for Flight card on the table if you wanted to go that route.
The elote fritters and pretzel bites with cheese sauce were delish. Service was decent, but not overly friendly and the atmosphere is a little sterile, but that seems common in these types of places. Judging by the signs on the walls, it looks like they have a fun schedule of events all through the week.

This is one of the best restaurants I've ever visited! Love the ambiance, the vibe, the cheerfulness, the live plants, the signage. Had a cider flight, and every cider was *incredible*. I have a gluten allergy, and there were tons of delicious choices, including fried foods in a gluten-safe frier. I had fries, the vegan bowl with fried tofu, and a gf ice cream sandwich, and I nearly ate myself sick. The service was great, and even the other patrons were friendly. There were fun events, including a book club. If I lived in town, I would be a regular. So happy! So full!

And its a nut free, allergen and gluten concious kitchen?
What more could you ask for.

We came tonight and looked forward to having a date night. I want to preface this saying I adore kids, but we anticipated sitting at the bar for a kid free night. It was brought to my attention that the CEO was present for a party and the kids that we sitting at the bar top were his. It was disappointing that the wait staff had to apologize to us for how the children were sitting at the bar top. It made us feel uncomfortable and annoyed and ate our food and left even though we wanted to stay for another round and dessert. Our wait staff was great, but if the CEO reads this: I love kids and I know you love yours, but as a guest sitting at the “bar top”, it was really disappointing to be sitting next to two kids without a parent sitting with them and they weren’t necessarily sitting and being quiet watching cartoons. Your wait staff had to practically baby sit them.. it is also still illegal for children to sit at a bar top where alcohol is sold per Indiana State Code.
