This place used to be clutch! food was hot, tasty, and not overpriced. Todays lunch SUCKED!!!!! extremely underwhelming. the bourbon chicken was just barely cooked enough and the steamed veggies were just barely cooked. The chicken used to have a super grilled flavor/texture that was amazing! the meat almost seemed boiled. Wont be back. Oh, and there was a splintered piece of bone in one piece so there's that too...

This is inside the foodcourt of castleton square mall. Fast food... food is just horrible and expensive.. for a combo meal with a price of $14+ for a chinese food.. much expensive than panda express.. with awful taste.. and customee service sucks too.. not worth for your wallet.

Ate here for the first time in 5 years cause it used to be one of my favorites. I should have just ate chick fil a like my kids! I’ve been sick for 3 days now and will probably never be eating here again. Very disappointing.

I had an awful experience here. I usually eat here like once a week so I generally know how much I pay for my meal. The extra .50¢ egg roll is actually $2.39 and they straight up put “upsell” on my receipt. To make it right they gave me my $2.29 back, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place and it shouldn’t have been so hard to get my money back. The food was fatty as well. Overall just extremely disappointed.
Was on my way out of the mall when I stopped and ordered food, while I waited to pay, there was a huge nasty çockroach walking back and forth on the bar rail. The lady that had already paid had no idea it was under her cup she had sat down right next to it as it was moving back and forth and it was highly visible so I decided not to get the food I had ordered and the cashiers could see it when I pointed it out. Disgusting. Nobody cleans anymore for yhsi not to happen around people's food and when they have no idea its even more disgusting

So this place clearly sold us day old food. The food was cold, rice was HARD and the meat tasted funny! The workers added more food than I wanted and still charged me for it. They were also slow moving, hard to understand, and slow to comprehend. Don’t go to this place unless you’re up for VERY questionable service and possible food poisoning.If there is a cooperate to call, I’m calling.
