Easily one of the best Asian eats in all of indiana! You will not be disappointed. The food here has no business being as good as this is.

The pho was aromatic and flavorful, banh mi came out warm, bread was crispy, packed with flavor and full of ingredients.

We ABSOLUTELY will be back! We weren't even visiting the hospital but drove here specifically to try the food. We're glad we did!

I ordered the Fresh Shrimp Spring Roll. This lady seemed truly concerned about whether I would enjoy it because of my possible lack of experience with this cuisine. I believe this was the first time anywhere that a proprietor ever showed interest over my tastebuds. All food businesses should be run with the ❤️ this one has. The Fresh Shrimp Spring Roll was the best, paired with the peanut sauce. Now I need to try everything else. Wish this lady could have one on every corner.

Great food! Excellent flavor profile with Pho and the salads. I’m definitely ordering take out again. Hard to believe it’s a small place in a hospital facility.

You would never guess that this kind of good food would be found in the Spring Mill Surgery Center. The banh mi is well seasoned and satisfied my craving for Vietnamese food. The shrimp spring rolls were delicious and the peanut sauce brought it all together. I joked with my wife that I’d take her back here when she’s not getting her colonoscopy ?. It was that good.

Three stars for the atmosphere only because it’s in a surgery center with lots of medical professionals grabbing lunch.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to after eating one of the best banh mi’s I’ve enjoyed in a long time. I would argue this is the best in Indy. Amazing hidden gem! I can’t wait to come back and try more.

Good authentic Vietnamese food. Banh-mi was good. I ordered both the pork and the special one. Just be careful of the jalapeño. But taste wise, they’re delicious. Same with the pork vermicelli salad. Though, I was expecting the sauce to be the regular Vietnamese fish sauce, but this one comes with a peanut sauce. Good, just different than what I’m used to. Price was very reasonable. One thing, be prepared to bring the food out since the space is really small and not a lot of tables. Definitely will come back.

Owner is very sweet and always make delicious food. Whenever we're in Carmel we always come here even though it's an 1.5hour drive for us.
