The atmosphere was good and I liked the music. The service on the other hand was not good. He never asked if we needed anything or even if our food was good. We were pretty much ignored. The food was also not really tasteful either. The prices were not the same on any of the menus they gave us. When we expressed our concerns, about the prices he brushed us off and kept it pushing. I am very disappointed about the experience considering it was my first time going.

The setting overall was great but service was terrible the pricing was very ambiguous the server handed us like four different menus all of which had different prices which was not explained to us. The server was also terrible he didn’t check on us but was concerned with the other customers. And he seemed incompetent of what was in the dishes when I asked about what would be in my food. I don’t like eating mystery meat. They don’t have to worry about me coming to this establishment ever again.

Such a good find! They had several vegetable rolls that were really good! The Tempura Sweet Potato roll and Peanut Avocado roll were delicious.

I don't recommend this place on your one hour lunch for takeout or dine in. They have one kind worker manager owner and one chef it seems and no servers. Takes one hour for your order to be taken and your drinks and food to your table it seems. 30 seconds to eat it. This was on a Tues afternoon. This place must be the only legit Chinese dine in restaurant left in Indy. Sad to see they don't have more workers. They need to pay more than $7 to $8 and hour or $6 to 7 plus tips for servers. K Town Korean restaurant had 20 servers and staff running food and grills and the register on Sat at 12 to 1pm.

We ordered over the phone 30 minutes before closing and they did take my order, so the service was good in that aspect at least. We ordered two bowls of ramen, miso soup, and wontons. Pick up the takeout, get home (a 3 minute drive at most), and open up the food to find that the ramen bowls have blocks of overcooked and stuck together noodles. The broth was lukewarm. The wontons were soggy and chewy, like they were old and reheated in a microwave. The miso soup was the only good thing we had, which obviously isn't much. Will not be trying again and wouldn't recommend wasting your money on below mediocre food.

I like this place because on my birthday we went there to have dinner and they gave me an actual cake (small of course) and they sang birthday song for me and they were super nice over all. The food is good, I've had dinner there a couple of times and to take out too. Last time I ordered to take and then walked back home 20 mins and my food was still hot ?

Customer service and friendliness 10/10
Food -10/10.

I can not recommend eating Asian Harbor’s food.

The only food in the Bento box that was made today was the California roll. Everything else was made from frozen bags including the fried rice and the Mongolian beef. I asked for the wonton soup in place of the miso soup... those wontons tasted YEARS old!

How do I know this? Everything tasted of plastic. Toxins from plastic bags seep into food and after a period of time you can begin to taste the plastic in the food they were storing.

The wontons even smelled like plastic they were so old.. and the filling was shriveled and vile.

I threw it all out. $20 thrown away.
