Over $4 for a fountain drink?! Be for real.

Clean, quick, friendly service. The location is a bit tucked away. Exactly as I expected given the situation.

Would choose Au Bon Pain over the cafeteria food as the two options within Methodist. The breakfast sandwiches are okay. Could use a hollandaise sauce or cheese that isn’t completely melted every time. Kind of crazy a $7 sandwich only comes with one piece of bacon (confirmed it only comes with one slice).

Just watched them spray raid then asked what are you spraying, and was told bleach, but raid has a very distinct smell so I took pictures as they tried to rush it away.

The food is ridiculously overpriced! I work in a hospital as well and it's nothing like this. Everything is a fee here even parking! I work for the Miami VA hospital. Indianapolis is out of control.

It's disappointing that Au Bon Pain refuses to share its global cage-free progress. Why is that? Are you truly committed to animal welfare improvements?

Au Bon Pain promised to go cage-free, but hasn't reported any progress. Seems like yet another time where a company makes a promise to look good to customers and then doesn't actually follow through. Unless they stop supporting such horrible abuse I cannot recommend Au Bon Pain.

ABP won't share what progress it's making on its animal welfare promises. Not cool.

Au Bon Pain is failing to show any progress on its global cage-free egg promise. It also failed to honor its US cage-free deadline.

It’s very important to me that I spend my salary at companies that exhibit morals like mine. But the thing is, it is very concerning that Au Bon Pain won’t share its global cage-free egg progress. Your customers want to find out: did you break your promise? I am not okay with cruelty.

I can't recommend any franchise of a company that is not showing progress on its commitment to source eggs only from cage-free suppliers. This is a betrayal of hens suffering in small cages, and customers who were told to expect that Au Bon Pain would be using cage-free eggs. Au Bon Pain's franchisees should present a united front and insist that Au Bon Pain honor the commitments behind its trademark!
