Would choose Au Bon Pain over the cafeteria food as the two options within Methodist. The breakfast sandwiches are okay. Could use a hollandaise sauce or cheese that isn’t completely melted every time. Kind of crazy a $7 sandwich only comes with one piece of bacon (confirmed it only comes with one slice).
At the IU hospital off Senate the young African American lady is incredible she’s kind and always working so hard. Every time I pass by she’s working of some sort and always doing so with a smile. She brightens up my day & she’s a very kind sweet soul. Her smile and laugh are so infectious. I think she makes the entire atmosphere better. She also so encouraging whenever I told her about my mother. She’s simply amazing. They truly have one of a kind. Tamara is great!
Convenient if you're visiting in the hospital. I see a lot of complaining about the prices, but they're really about on par with Starbucks. I always got a large vanilla latte & my husband would get a large caramel macchiato, the total came to $8 and change. So take that for what you will. The breakfast sandwiches were one of the more reasonably priced food items, in my opinion. (Although I only drank coffee.)My only criticism is that on one occasion the espresso...
