downloaded the app and registered for a reward member because i saw they are having promotion. however, dont know how to get the reward with my app. the casher helped me, even they were pretty busy. the pretzel bites taste very good as always.

The customer service was excellent. The staff was very organised and professional.I ordered cinnamon sugar pretzel bites and they came out very fresh. I was totally satisfied with my experience at Auntie Anne’s.

My company was putting on a pretzel day for it's employees. It was a last minute thing and we really wanted soft pretzels. We work in the PNC building, so it was a hop, skip, and a jump. I first called them and the nice man told me to do GrubHub, so I did. They cancelled my order, but it was a very large order and it was supposed to be ready for us within a few hours.I just ran down there and spoke to the nice man and asked if he could do our order, a $200 order. He said no problem.I was a little nervous that it wouldn't be ready. Pretzel day is a day we all look forward to. My job was on the line. ?When I showed up 2 hours later, the owner, who I can't remember the name of, was so gracious and was packing up the order with his 2 lovely employees. Everything was freshly made, and packed nicely so we could carry back over to the building. Customer service is king at this Auntie Anne's. The owner was wearing a Nestle apron so I'm sure you'll get quality there as well, because he owns both. Thank you for making our pretzel day a huge success, we'll definitely be back and I'll sing your praises for all to hear!

So i got a hotdog in pretzel bread, the lady gave it to me like she didn't want to be bothered and the bread was burnt, not just brown but burnt and hot dog was shrivelled like it was days old, and her excuse was the oven is old and if she took it out any sooner the dough would be raw. My thought, then don't try to sell it! Get the oven fixed! Sell the hotdogs cheaper! But her attitude just made it even worse, don't recommend going there at all.

It wasn't the best, and it was lukewarm...kind of disapppinted... purchased from airport in Baltimore.
Long wait. Employee didn't really want my order. Did I mention long long wait today and didn't have enough change. Was shorted.
I like the pretzels the service was okay
