I would rate zero if that was possible. No one has a clue what they are doing here. A different employee would tell us a different time when we would ask about when the next batch of pretzels would be done. So someone had to be lying. Bad service. If you love auntie Annie’s don’t come to this one they will disappoint you. (We came back and one employee did manage to help us, so changing score a bit)

Extremely long wait. Was told to wait for 10 mins but ended up waiting for 45mins. Finally got 4/5 were ordered and was told it needs another 30 mins wait for the 5th one. Terrible service

I went shopping at the mall the other day and stopped to get a pretzel. The staff were so nice and helpful and everything they had was nice and fresh

I requested a cinnamon pretzel and the lady told me she dont have an only have the bites. I asked if she can make it an she told me no . With an attitude she proceeded to ask me “are you going to grab the bites or not!?” There were two employees and one person waiting on their order.
Horrible customer service. Owners lost money and a client 😑 today.

Me: asked, can't you dump a few larges into small cups and have more than just large?

Forget this place and go to wetzels a few steps down.

Went there in the mall. The lady said I'm doing a catering order now and I don't have enough dough to make 2 almond pretzels. Come back in 20 minutes. We waited and went back there excited to finally get the almond pretzels. She then asked if we had cash because she having problems with the computer. She asked if we could order on line. We decided after all those challenges it must have not been meant to be.
My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town, and went to this location. We decided we wanted a snack, so we picked Auntie Anne's. There was one small group in front of us who ordered and were told it would be ready in about 5 minutes. We were next and were basically told the same thing. The first group waited long over 5 minutes, and items were missing from their order. My boyfriend and I waited for our food (the pretzel nuggets) and other people came up to order and fairly quickly got their food and again some of their order was missing. I got my order about 20 minutes after ordering and my boyfriend had to wait another 20 minutes after that. There were three people working and they all seemed scatterbrained and got orders wrong many times. The pretzels themselves were soggy.
Not worth the money, or the time! Highly disappointing!

Was served my pretzels w a dirty look for no reason, all they got here is attitudes and barely any pretzels. Wait time: 15 minutes. Expect: disappointment, discomfort, and a side of stank eye

The quality has dropped incredibly. I ordered the usual soft classic pretzel( cinnamon brown sugar )with a caramel dip and paid a whopping total of 8USD approximately with the tip. The dip was extremely sweet for my taste and the pretzel tasted dry and hard. I am not certainly gonna go back! Hugely disappointed!
