This Mall will close almost all the way after the Holidays. I feel sorry for the workers and the small business owners. I would suggest that EVERYONE GO PATRONIZE THESE STORES WHILE THEY ARE STILL OPEN. As they say, keep the money local. Go there, shop and tell the shop owners and workers how good of a job they are doing. I left a $5 tip for the A&W workers. They deserve it.

This store does NOT follow vegan frying for their fries. I witnessed the store manager drop fries and chicken in the same fryer. Do not expect world class customer service from this store manager. You can expect her to throw your food away with such force and anger to feel physically threatened. You can expect her to try a power trip and try to send you to the end of a 20 + person line for a refund. You can expect the manager to be rude and unwilling to help in a professional manner. The A&W website clearly states their vegan and vegetarian options. You can expect this store manager not to care about your customer satisfaction.

So while we were in town, my girl really wanted to eat here. We apparently we picked a really bad time to come. It was like all the marching bands were released on break, so the food court was packed, and that may have interfered with the service. But when we received the food. The burger and fries ?? were good, but the root beer float that my girl got was super flat. It didn't look like anything like the menu picture. That and they need a new person to call out the numbers. Me and several people waiting on their order, had a hard time making out what numbers the guy was saying.
