So while we were in town, my girl really wanted to eat here. We apparently we picked a really bad time to come. It was like all the marching bands were released on break, so the food court was packed, and that may have interfered with the service. But when we received the food. The burger and fries ?? were good, but the root beer float that my girl got was super flat. It didn't look like anything like the menu picture. That and they need a new person to call out the numbers. Me and several people waiting on their order, had a hard time making out what numbers the guy was saying.

The place is in the mall and thanks to wkanda, everything closes very early. Downtown is a disaster.
Given it's A&W, root beer or a root beer float seem like the most obvious things to get here.I tried their cheese curds, with marinara and spicy papa sauce. The cheese curds are very similar to fried cheese sticks readers have likely eaten elsewhere. Spicy papa sauce felt like it was a combination of as many sauces as possible, although the flavors didn't clash. Marinara was marinara, tho maybe a bit strong with the garlic. (I was also offered Ranch as a dip.)My only complaint is that - like probably all the other restaurant stalls in Circle Centre Mall - the prices look high compared to what's offered several miles away, in any direction.

First time in an A&W Restaurant. The food was really good and the service was wonderful. Our waitress was very helpful with menu suggestions. Will definitely return when we are in Baldwin, Wisconsin.

They close down the ice cream machine before they close (we were there before 8:30 they close at 9) if you want a float better float over to Culver’s ??♀️

Had to get a refund and watched them put what I refunded back on the grill to resell what had returned! Be careful if you go here, watch them like a hawk.
