Food was fantastic. Got their new yogurt sauce that was really good with the Carina. Staff was amazingly friendly and I was super happy with my choice.

My first visit to The Garage Food Hall, and I'll be back! I walked around the whole place to see all the options (so many!) and decided on Azucar Morena for my first dish. So happy I did!
I'm not familiar with Venezuelan food, and have never heard of cachapas before, so didn't know what to expect (though there are photos and ingredients listed 😆) but I got the Cachapa Caribbean and a side of garlic sauce. It had black beans, fried plantains, and slices of avocado in a folded sweet corn pancake. The corn pancake was so good! Even the black beans were very good, and I usually think of black beans as boring. All together it was all tasty, with and without the garlic sauce. I recommend it, and would get it again!
The guy at the register was also nice and funny.

Living in a Puerto Rican/Dominican home for 7yrs . . . this place is the BEE’S KNEES! The presentation, flavor, portion size (chef kiss), all top notch. The yuca had a flavorful dip fresh made, maduro plantains just ripe enough without being mush, melting of the cheese, me encanta el sabor del todo compro! Support local, buy local, eat local, eff a fast food chain.

The lemonade was excellent! I’m glad it was recommended. They use sugar cane instead of sugar, so it comes out brown, but that’s the idea! My arepas were tasty too.

The cachapas are not made with real corn, and the cheese is not the one that’s usually used to prepare them.

The food was amazing!! I got the beef and Gouda arepa and the people were so nice they let me try all of the sauces. Each was homemade and delicious but I think my favorite was the garlic sauce. Anyway, loved it and felt very welcomed.

It hasn't happened to you that you pay a lot and stay hungry, this is the perfect place, Hahahaha the sad story of eating Venezuelan food
Parking: $6 is paid for parking
Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is very pleasant because there is a wide variety of restaurants within the site.

I was hungry, the food was very good but apart from being expensive, they served very little, I had to go to Clancy for some potatoes to be able to complete
Restaurantji Recommends
The food is horrible, the chorizo looks like ground meat, the cheese is scratched, the cachapa dough looks like a tortilla, the soda tastes like soap, this place is definitely not Venezuelan, I have never eaten something as bad as this.
Do not eat in this place, the cachapa does not have cheese on hand, it is not even similar to what a Venezuelan food is. Don't waste your money because it is also super expensive for how terrible the service is 0/10. I don't recommend it.

I hate to write this review because I am Venezuelan and I want to support this business but the food we ordered was so so salty. The arepas were not fresh neither was the pico de gallo. The beef was just salty. Guys, make better food and show the world the amazing food you grew up eating
