experiance was ok... I will NEVER return, and you should take the warning below! They charged us for items that were not ours. I have left multiple voicemails with NO return calls, called and spoke to a girl at the front desk and she ensured someone would call back after a meeting. this did not happen. Spoke with John Bartoe he said he was one of the executives, he ensured someone would call me as soon as they came in and that time has come and gone... I got the story of low staffing, however low staff or not is never a reason to not rectify an issue where your server put over $50 of someone else's tab on your bill and ran your card. He also let me know this has happened a few times and was sorry.... if its happening multiple times thats an issue. Definitely will NOT be returning NOR recommending this place. Top Golf provides the same experiance with a much better staffing experiance.

Arrived just before 9pm only to be turned away rudely and told that they stop seating people after 9pm.

Fun time. Did not know anything about it and still had a great time. Good place to bring a group! Food was ok as well as the cocktails. Golf was a blast for all even those who had never played.

A fun time , different games , everyone in our party of 16 said they had a good time and would like to do it again 😉. Food was good and service was good. Our waitress Daniele was cheerful ,great smile and answered all the questions from each person that had one. Since it was our 1st time she helped us log in and get started . Will be requmend to friends for sure!

Super fun time, and cheaper than top golf! One big thing that took too much time at the end was splitting bills. If you ordered through the QR code it doesn’t talk to the servers tablet, and the bays can’t be split up - you pay up front first. Not group friendly considering it’s a group environment. Our server Danielle was awesome, we’ve had her multiple times and is super nice and accommodating! Although we’ll be back just be prepared to Venmo people at the end :/

It was our first time in there.. it will be our last visit. There are no menus. , flys were bad, food on the floor, our waitress was busy kissing her man. For 2 cheesebugers with tator tots, and I got stuff bread sticks with tots. I only got 2 small bread sticks. And diet coke and my dad got ice tea. All of this cost me 73 dollars. She charge me a service fee, my diet coke cost 4 dollars 50 cent for one glass. The music was very loud. I would not recommend that place nor would I go back to eat there.

Me and about 13 other came to Back 9, on Aug 15, the golfing was great, the drinks were great, and the service was good! But the food was BAD! We order 2/3 pizzas, wings, sliders, and burgers! When I say all of it was dry and overcooked, with NO flavor! All together we spent a couple hundred bucks on food and we got shafted! And there was no way we were going to send it back with those complaints, because we no how that goes, either the cook gets offended and does stuff to the food, or me and my crew get stereotyped! So to keep the energy and vibes going we just said to hell with it.
I hate make this post, but this is a great alternative to Top Golf and I wanted to give this place a try for my birthday. Understand, it's not about the money, it's about the customer service and the experience!

Golf was fun, but I when you settle up with your waitress at your station they calculate the tip on not only your drinks but the charge for the golf as well. For 2 of us for 1 hr and 1 beer a piece it was over $70 with a tip. Salmon salad is a no go BTW.

Miguel TOTALLY made our birthday celebration AWESOME. He managed serving both our bays with speed and precision!! Great care was taken that all our needs were met! My twin boys’ 18 bday was unforgettable! Thanks Miguel!!

I've been here for work social events and with groups of friends. Every time it was clean, service was great, and the food and drinks were good.

The games are fun and can be enjoyed even if you're not a golfer. Everything is still pretty new and in good condition.

Crista was AMAZING. She made my birthday celebration very pleasurable. The food was tasty and hot. They offer mocktails. I received a free scoop of ice cream for my birthday. I really enjoyed the different golf courses. You're not charged the one time fee per guest if you've never been before. There wasn't anything that could've been done better.
