I made a reservation. When I arrived I was seated in the corner. 15 min went by and no one had said anything to me. I walked to the front and was about to ask if this is how they conduct business. Anne noticed me and when I told her, she took me to her section and served me very promptly. She even gave me a shot for the initial delay. So my experience is a 5 star because one person made a difference! Gratitude 😎

this is my favorite place to eat in indy however / their delivery services aren’t great. i have never received a drink i’ve ordered / this has happened at least 8 times. please remove drinks from your ordering services if you cannot fulfill them!

Bakersfield on Mass Ave is one of my favorite spots in Indy! The tacos are consistently fresh and packed with flavor — simple ingredients done really well. The short rib and al pastor are always great choices.

For appetizers, the short rib queso is a must. It’s rich, flavorful, and perfect for sharing — definitely my go-to starter every time.

The vibe is fun and energetic without being overwhelming, making it perfect for a casual night out with friends or a relaxed date night. Service has always been friendly and efficient, even when it’s busy.

Definitely a go-to spot on Mass Ave! 🌮

Bakersfield always makes the perfect spot for a girls night! Can’t beat a Bakersfield marg with Tahin. Evening was made even better by our waitress Sunshine!
