The menu was incorrect calling the Beef Stroganoff Pepper Steak. General Tso Chicken was adequate and a generous portion. A nine year old boy brought our food to the table and a teenager who looks like she hates life took our order. Tap water is not available to drink, only bottle water for sale. I don’t recommend the dine-in experience.

Food is great but the cashier definitely having a bad day. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming but the food was good. They also had some dope music playing.

We went with the intention of eating there however they won't let you do the lunch menu if you eat there. The floor was disgusting, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. The chicken in the general TSO was so touch that we couldn't chew it. The rice was cold and taste like soap. We will not be back and will discourage others from eating there.

What happened to this place? Food used to be so good. The only decent thing was the egg roll. Sesame Chicken, fried rice and rangoons were awful!!!! No wonder they had no business on a Saturday evening.

I was already disappointed when, way back before Covid, Bamboo House stopped doing delivery. But I still got take out from there occasionally. The food was always okay: not great, but not bad. However, tonight my friend and I decided to dine in, and while the food was still okay, it was in all other ways a VERY disappointing experience. Service was nearly non-existent, and it took forever to get our food. Drinks were available only as bottles--a glass with ice was not provided, much less water. Only plastic forks and spoons were available; not even a plastic knife, which meant cutting up the larger pieces of my sesame chicken was nearly impossible. The portions were about half of those that we would have gotten in take out, and the egg rolls seemed to be composed of nothing but shredded cabbage. They had no flavor at all. And there was a sign posted saying that menu prices were for cash only, and a charge of more than 3% was added for payment by card.I doubt if I'll be going back there again, even for take out. It's sad, because I was a regular customer for years and years, ever since they first opened. But it just isn't worth it anymore.

Ordered from a food delivery service. Packaged great! However, it made me and my co workers puke at work! We are nurses and being sick and taking care of sick people was not fun! The chicken and broccoli was slimy....ewww. It's the Eastside, probably a dirty place to eat! Please avoid!

Best egg rolls I've ever had!!!

The egg roll was inedible for some reason it just tasted old and stale. The rice looked like uncle ben’s with dried bits of over-salty pork cubes. The chicken was actually okay, but the seasame sauce really didn’t taste like any I’ve ever tried, it was really salty with almost no sweetness. The crab rangoons were decent, but the sweet and sour sauce they came with was at least 60 percent pineapple sauce. Overall, I’m sad to say I’m left with an empty belly and an aching heart.

I ordered A bunch of food from here and my family all took like 3 bites and couldn’t eat what they got. We all got lunch specials and the chicken was gross and rubbery. This is the kind of place that makes you question what kind of meat you got. I didn’t feel like anything was appetizing at all. Big oof ?

Ordered for lunch last week. Portions are generous for the price. They were very busy with takeout orders, as there is no dine in available at the moment. Even with them being busy I was in and out in 10 min. From placing my order. I would recommend them if you're around or need a quick bite. Faster than some fast food around here for sure.

There is nothing redeeming about this restaurant’s food. It is terrible. Run screaming in the other direction.
