Bad ! Ordered strawberry shake . After leaving and tasting shake - it tasted like milk- no strawberry taste at all. Called to report it and was basically told I should have tasted it before I left BR. The sad part it was for a loved one in a nursing home for a treat!!

The dirtiest ice cream shop I have ever patronized.
There were signs saying ‘READ NO CASH’ all over the place. A more professional way would to post a sign saying cashless transactions only.
The employee that helped me acted as if I was bothering him, while having an unpleasant attitude.
I choose to not return and will drive further north to Handel’s.
I tried to buy some ice cream from here this evening and walked up to pay for it and they only accept cards…no cash payment and that’s ridiculous imo!

I enjoyed a 3 scoop Sundae. The hot cocoa flavor paired greatly with the reese's and the chocolate peanut butter flavor. The peanut butter sauce makes it taste even more heavenly.

Bad experience. Bananas borderline liquid. The person was struggling on how to cut it so i helped him and told himnto cut off the ends etc. Poor kid struggled to make scoops, they were all different sizes and smaller than a kids scoop. He couldn't manage to get one solid pump of the toppings and I had to ask him for more. He tried to squirt the whipped topping but it came out quarter sized so I asked him for more of that too. Then as I went to pay they told me no cash ?. I did get lucky though a woman came in behind me and paid for it. I gave her a couple of dollars and said thank you. I think maybe some re-training would be good idea. Unfortunatly the experience was disappointing. To be honest, I haven't been to this store for a while because of past bad experiences.

The chocolate-chip ice cream isn't consistently the same between visits. Lately it has been served appearing to be chocolate ice-cream with chocolate chips. Previously, it was vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips. The taste has changed. Bring back the original please.Aren't the employees serving ice cream required to wear hats or hair nets or something that covers their hair?
Just a good ice cream shop. Really glad it’s there. They are always friendly and the prices are not too bad.I agree it COULD be cleaner but it’s just an ice cream shop.

Had our favorite flavor, Lemon Custard and great service!!
Friendly fast service. Looks like most customers are not good in reading signs.
I was expecting a brownie in my brownie sundae. Wasn't there.
They don't accept cash
