BUYER BEWARE! The lack of SERVICE! Certainly not what it once was. My family purchases $100 or more monthly in pre-pack quarts. 2 pre-pack quarts are $18.99, a family member of the new ownership charged the purchase at $9.99 each vs the $18.99 per 2, therefore charging more for an even number of quarts. The insult was not just the inability to understand the math, however, the doubling down with a rude, dismissive, and disrespectful demeanor. A disgusting experience, disgusting lack of service by a disgusting person!

Milkshake was so watery but employee added an extra scoop, which I appreciate but it didn’t help. Took my first drink and it was sour, like the milk was bad. Super weird taste. Will not be back

We had a birthday scoop on the app and was told we couldn’t use it after they had already scooped the ice cream. The ice cream wasn’t even good quality. And the people were very rude.

Great experience. Nice, clean store. Portions were good sized. Can’t understand when some people say the portions were small. They use regular scoops. So how can portions be small. Under new mgmt they wear gloves, wash hands and are super nice.

The manager coughed 3 times on an ENTIRE bucket of icecream even after he was asked to stop. He was preparing someone's Doordash order. Absolutely unacceptable.

Middle eastern looking Owner barely filled cup and when I asked for more he got very rude, don’t waste your money here anymore, he said he doesn’t care about losing customers, other employee felt bad and said he just doesn’t understand to fill it more.

Customer service was horrible the old owner was way nicer this new one was super rude and he barley put any ice cream in the cup i dont reccomend coming here

Owner was super rude when we asked him if he could put more ice cream and then when we tried to leave he said we had to pay for the ice creams he had already served even though we hadn’t even touched them.so disrespectful and the scoops weren’t even full

Don’t come and waste your money here anymore, new management is plain rude and gives the tiniest scoops of ice cream. 👎
