Bella Pizzeria - Keystone

What I ordered was okay, but what drew me to Bella was the prospect of ordering Sicilian style pizza, as depicted on their website. Bummer... really disappointed.

Absolutely horrible!!!! After waiting 20 min for 2 slices the party of 10 received there order before mine. I approached the staff and they rudely acted as if they had no idea I placed an order now over 20 min ago. They said it was coming... 5 min later the wrong order came out.... come to find out the order was NEVER placed!!!! But they took my money! Long story short I had to ask for my money back it wasn’t suggested. Do not I repeat do not come to this unprofessional business. This was my very first time and was excited... but turned out to be...once again ...a horrible horrible experience! Also when trying to get money back as promised a member of staff who was not of managerial status placed his hand in front of the register trying to prevent another member of staff from giving the refund. He lied and said manager was not in manager came from back and immediately gave the refund that was already promised!!! And again horrible unprofessional and never ever ever again.

Being an east coast transplant this is as close as it gets for NY style pizza eats! Also one of the few palors where you can get JUST a SLICE! One person doesn't need a whole pizza! Good food!

It was okay. The pizza and breadsticks honestly had no taste. 3 stars because of the fast delivery. Ate it because I was really hungry but most likely wouldn’t order again.

Love the thin crust sausage pizza!

The pizza was great. I'm from New Jersey and have been missing the taste of home. The pizza is very close but could be improved. Offer a thin crust option. East Coasters love that thin crust and that includes me. You are SO CLOSE to authenticity! If that option is added to the menu this will be my one and only go to pizza shop!

My coworkers and I frequent this location. Always love the food. Today when we came in we ordered an entire pizza for us all to share and the guy who took our order refused to let us split the cost (even though we have done this every time we have visited). He was very short, did not listen well, and really put a sour taste in my mouth. Treat your customers well!

Absolutely incredible! They said new york style and they weren't lieing! Being from new jersey, born and raised, I've grown accustomed to specific pizza that I cannot find in Indiana! This place had it right! The sauce, cheese and topping ratio is perfect. And the CANNOLIS! PERFECT! Already ordered again and they deliver to castleton where i live and work! Great guys too!

It was decent but nothing special. And they didn't givee.my ranch or BBQ as requested lol! Not a huge pizza fan in the first place but definitely medeoker.
