I tried this place for a 2nd time after a not so great experience the first time. Not so friendly and rude actually. But it was busy so gave them a break. Today, it was no different. I wanted spaghetti and salad and they were out of both. Only had pizza. When I asked what else they had currently, he was very rude and just wanted the order. But after 20 mins in line, I had no choice but to get pizza. Not good either. Very rude, expensive for what I had (2 slices) for $11. When I told them they should have a sign if they are out of food so ppl know before waiting for 20 mins. She didn't care and even got mad and refused to sell me the pizza. What a joke. I will not be going back.

So we met up with my stepdaughter after she finally gets a break from the Bands of America and she really wanted to eat here within the mall. But come to find out there sold out of almost everything on their menu and it's 5 o'clock in the evening. ? that's a bummer, I wanted to try this place too.

Someone is scamming . Get your receipt . I bought a 10$ combo . I didn’t tip . That was Saturday. Today is Monday and it said my total was updated bc someone added a 15$ tip. More than the meal .

My experience at Bella Pizzeria was one I will never forget. First, the food that they "tried" to serve me was absolutely atrocious. I had asked for a deluxe pizza combo. The pizza was put into the oven, which I believed it was going to give its "authenticity". When I had paid, I was charged of purchasing two combos, which I had definitely had NOT bought. This kind of service is one that will haunt me forever. The only worker there treated me like some type of dog. I had asked politely for a deluxe pizza, but he refused to serve me as such. He insisted I choose from the two different types of pizza even though the pizza, that I had asked for, was right in front of my eyes. Instead, I had to get a cheese pizza, which was dowsed in grease from crust to tip. When I tried to eat said pizza, I felt like spitting it out the second it had touched my tongue. Also, the breadsticks were something from another world. They were lopsided and cold. My dining experience was beyond horrid, it was something that I could never experience twice. As for the environment, as said before, employees were very ignorant, ignoring my request and not even getting my order corrected. If there is anything to take from this review, it is that this restaurant is rancid! In the end, I had to go to the nearby Taco Bell to enjoy a fine-dining experience.
I stopped here this week to fix my pizza craving and it was great. Pizza was fresh, crust was nice and crunchy and with ton of flavor. What I really like about this pizza is that it didnt upset my stomach. Breadsticks were also great and fresh. I recommend to anyone in area

On February 2nd, 2023 at 8:50 AM, a disturbing event took place at a local food establishment. A worker, who was wearing a red shirt, was observed wiping his nose with a paper towel and then placing it in his pocket. This behavior is unacceptable and unsanitary, as it can potentially spread germs and bacteria.Furthermore, the same worker was seen cutting dough without washing his hands. This is a basic food safety protocol that should be followed to prevent the spread of disease and foodborne illnesses. The individual's disregard for basic hygiene practices is a clear indication of the establishment's lack of commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment for its customers.When the eyewitness called out the worker's actions, the individual became hostile and denied the behavior. The worker then closed the door using his hand, which only adds to the concern for the spread of germs. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of regard for customer health and safety.In light of these events, it is recommended that customers avoid eating at this establishment. The management should review the surveillance footage from the day of the incident and take the necessary steps to address the issue and ensure the safety of its customers. As a consumer, it is important to be vigilant and make informed decisions when it comes to eating at food establishments. These types of actions are disgusting because they put the health of customers at risk and can lead to serious illnesses.

Staff was grubby, rude, unenthusiastic, unhelpful, and bad at their job. The pizza was basically gas station pizza, and the menu prices are very deceptive. They didn't look me in the eye, didn't tell me all the options, and they had no teeth.
