My first time at a Benihana and I was thrilled with my experience! Caitlin walked me through the menu, food was amazing! Caitlin also turned us onto this delicious hot mustard that changed my life! Will definitely be back!!!

We used to enjoy coming here. However the service was not the best and the upcharge for fried rice was never explained. I had to ask about the birthday ice cream even though they knew we were celebrating a birthday

The food was fine and the chef was really nice, very funny, but we had a reservation for 7 and weren't seated until past 7:30 and our chef didnt show up until we had been sitting for 40 minutes. So we were starving. We didnt get any drinks, even water until 20 minutes into sitting at the table and took a while longer to get my drink. It was Saturday so it was busy but not that busy. For the price you pay I think they should honor your reservation. I dont think I will be back.

I had reservations at a certain time. My lady and I were seated for over 45 minutes without any acknowledgement. No one came to the table to ask us anything. The waitress at the next table looked over at us with a frown on her face and went back into the kitchen. My lady and I walked up to talk with management and I guess he had no idea . We ended up leaving because customer service was terrible!! I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone unless they change the staff.

Went on Valentine's Day so, slower service was expected. The soup was room temperature and we never got our alcoholic drink (punch bowl) even after the server returned to the table 4 times saying it would be there soon. The chef cooked up the rice (with very little theatrical skill expected at a hibachi restaurant) and gave none to me and my wife. The server had to bring some from the back 15 minutes later. My Wagyu steak was doused in pepper to the point you couldn't taste the meat. $70 wasted. The chicken my wife had was dry and tasteless. It was the worst hibachi we've ever had. Others at the table said they were utterly disappointed as well. Koto's, Izakaya's, Kabuto's, hell... Even Yummy Bowl has been MUCH better. We will never return to Benihana. It isn't even good enough to take home to the puppy.

Our reservation was at 7:45pm we didnt get sat until about 8:45pm. The food was cooked almost 1 thing at a time. Rice was 1st, had to pay extra to get fried rice, then the shrimp was cooked, then the onion Was cooked and we got just a pile of onion on our plate. Finally they cooked the zucchini. Then they started on the proteins, chicken was 1st, then the steaks. Everything was cooked great but by the time we got our steak everything else was cold. Chef didnt really put on much of a show or interact with us. By the time we finally got all of our food it was 10:30. I understand it was valentines day and they were busy but when you spend the money we did and go some place known for their great service and the experience this was very disappointing. The steak did taste amazing but the rest of our food was OK might have been better if it all came out closer together.

It was EXTREMELY HOT I have a 6 month old and it was extremely hot that I had to take her clothes off and everyone around us had to keep wiping sweat off their face !!! This place has no AC what's so ever ! For how expensive this place is, there needs to be AC ! I even asked the manager to switch me seats so I could be on the other side instead of the grill!! I got up and walked out. POOR MANAGEMENT DO BETTER.
