First time eating from this establishment. It was maybe 5:37 PM when I visited. They close at 6PM on Sundays. Stopped by for their Pretzel Pizza. The young girl working the counter told me she would make it for me, but didn’t have the dough for it. (She was already cleaning up) Went ahead and Bought the one Meatball Pretzel Sandwich instead ($9.25 or $8.77 w/Military discount). When I took the first bite- IT WAS NOTHING BUT DOUGH 🤢. Took it back and showed her the doughy parts and she told me it was cheese??? Their cheese must taste and look exactly like dough. She said she could give me a Jumbo Soft Plain Pretzel instead. Which is $4.25. She gave me two $1 Cheese sauces. Still not a fair trade for the price plus the inconvenience!
The Jumbo Soft Pretzel turned out to be doughy as well!!! Had to pick it apart to be able to get a few bites. I was very disappointed. Being they were about to close and she seemed she didn’t want to be there…I just threw the pretzel away. Which makes me upset that EVERYTHING I got was just dough and that my pregnant self was left with the craving! 😩. Sadly, I will not return until their items are fully baked…
I was here at 6:54 and they were already closed, I asked the gal what time they close and she said 7. I don't understand.
My pretzel sticks were half as long as normal and when I called the store it went straight to a full voicemail. Called corporate customer service and still had to leave a voicemail. What the heck??? Is this the new standard?

I was really happy to see a pretzel shop while shopping in Meijers, soft pretzels are my favorite as a kid..it's been long time and I even got my husband to want to try, and I'm glad we tried, their Jalapeño cheese pretzel with cheese dip was delicious. Made fresh too. Lady at register actually told us next time always order ahead then go shop cause they make fresh so it takes time to cook, which I don't mind the wait I prefer food be made fresh. I recommend this shop.
❤️❤️
Omg this is wonderful love them pretzels
The jalapeno cheese pretzel is my favorite but all the pretzels are delicious. ??Other amazing pretzels include: bacon and cheese, and Dutch almond. The Dutch almond reminds me of a delicious breakfast. If this is your first visit, you might consider avoiding the pizza. It is good, but the pretzel crust is thicker than I expected. It's more pretzel than pizza. Although, it may be good for someone who likes deep dish. The buggy bites are also maybe not the best choice for the first visit. The cup and temperature can make them soggy depending on how long until you can eat them. Stick with the really good stuff for your first visit.

The pretzel chunks and cheddar dips were awesome. This location restored my faith in this chain. I will stop by more of these in the future.

It seems I have a knack for showing up to buy when they are closed. Glad they had posted their new up to date hours though! Can't wait to try.
