If Bento ever goes out of business I am leaving Indianapolis. It is a staple of my household!!!

The restaurant was a turn off upon entering due to the trash pile up at the front door. There was one family of three dining inside at the time (Sunday afternoon). I still thought I'd give it a try. Customer service was average and food was tasty. May try once more and hope the cleanliness is better! Restroom also had no soap.

Been long time customer and the place has gotten progressively worse. The place is dirty and service is bad, they are always on their phone. The bathrooms are never clean. When you tell them to put make it less spicy they make it extra spicy. They also price everything more than it is worth. The wait time is like 30 minutes. I would not go to Bento.

Steak habachi bento was overly salty, fried rice taste bland. The orange chicken weirdly like candy flavored. Eggrolls were also bland mostly just a lack of flavor, with little to no filling. The lo-mein was really the only thing that saved it aside from the huge amount of oil we had.

I doordashed from this location, so not much can be said for atmosphere and service, but imagine my shock as im eating lunch and i find a weirdly shaped green...thing. its not a piece of broccoli as i originally thought, but a dead caterpillar-type bug cooked into the sauce. If you look closely at the pictures, you can almost see its legs. This made me physically sick, and no way am i finishing my lunch, nor ordering or eating from here ever again. What a waste of usually-excellent food.

I ordered the spicy salmon roll, boba tea, and the shrimp pad Thai. All of these were absolutely delicious. They don't hold back the meat in the food either. Genuinely, I don't think I've ever seen so many shrimp in pad thai or any other kind of noodles. Had plenty for leftovers too!

This family run small business has a huge menu with lots of options. I ordered so much food! I tried their seafood udon soup (AMAZING!!), braised eggplant (surprisingly sweet), mapo tofu (SO SPICY GOOD!), dragon roll bento, and milk tea (WOW!). Everything was delicious! And they actually gave me enough white rice for the entrees. Dining area is cozy and simple.

The food was expensive and not that good ?. No sauces were offered or placed in my bag.

Noodles tasted like plastic, fried rice was bland and tasted frozen. Lady watched us eat. I got teriyaki chicken and it felt like rubber.
