We came to see if the food was as good as it has been portrayed as being. However it was crowded so we stayed outside and called to order pick up. The lady who answered the phone that evening told us that we needed to make sure the items we wanted from the menu is available before you order it just to find out it isn't offered at this point. Anyway when I called back to finalize my order the lady' said the stuff we wanted to order wasn't available so my wife asked the lady what is available and the woman said we only have 2 items available this evening! What would of been so bad about maybe having enough cooth about one's self that she should of automatically let us know the they only had 2 available items on the menu. I was so irritated that we didn't even order instead we went to steak n shake where we received instant service and only a short wait until our food came out. Thanks Mom n Dad tell Lilly I love her and good luck.

Was just passing through Indy and stopped for some dinner. We had pizza and cheeseburgers deluxe and onion rings. All was very well prepared and all items served hit and fresh. Service was not so friendly and the ladies bathroom was a mess. But if ever back in Indy we would eat here again.

I was just passing through for work. The hometown crowd was very welcoming. The bartender was engaging and attentive. I had a cheese burger and it was awesome. Best I've had in awhile. The staff on 8/21 absolutely killed it.

Came here on a whim just before I left town. I order a cheeseburger w homemade chips and everything was cooked to perfection. Chips were nice and crispy with nice juicy burger. Can’t go wrong coming here or getting a to go order.

We went to Bert & Den's Grille specifically to karaoke. We didn't order food, but we did have drinks. The service was quick and friendly. Our party of 5 had a very good time.
