Everything about this place was amazing and so glad we discovered this gem. Really helpful and friendly staff, everything was clean, everything tasted amazing, delicious lemonade, and one of the rare times as a celiac that I could have anything on the menu. 100% will be back next time we are in

I have friends who love the food, but for me, the food is uneventful. I ordered a chicken bowl with kale, purple rice, corn, teriyaki sauce, and shredded cheese. The ingredients were fresh, but the chicken had an odd taste. I picked the chicken out of my food, took a few bites, and then I was done. I threw the rest away.

I love eating here and I go very often, however, today I ordered ahead to pickup and was so disappointed with what I got. The food was cold like everything in that bowl was cold the noodles, the broccoli, the potatoes, and tofu. I picked it up 10minutes after ordering and so there was no way it cooled down that fast. I was so excited to eat it but got disappointed. To add to that they wouldn’t even pick up the phone…it hangs right up after one ring. This is really poor service and honestly below what I had expected from Bibibop.

Came in at 12:24 pm on a Sunday and they were out of purple rice, and broccoli, and didn’t seem to care. Guy behind me said it was his 4th time in where broccoli was out. I don’t understand why they would run out of regular menu items at lunchtime. There were two people back in the grill area just standing around. The 4 star rating is just becuz it’s BIbibop and I haven’t been able to visit one for awhile. Please do better.

Not going to be a return visit. Got a bowl with mixed greens, broccoli, cucumber, sprouts, cheese, chicken and sesame ginger dressing. Just kinda bland. Best part was the black currant tea.

We have been to this spot a couple of times and it satisfies our craving for Korean food for sure. The place is clean and the staff is friendly it's like the Chipotle Of Korean food. I feel like it's healthy because you get all kinds of veggies with your food. We really can't complain at all - their food is delicious as far as we're concerned. If you don't have a lot of time but want some good Korean food - check them out!!

I placed an order on the website, but they canceled it. No phone call to confirm, just canceled. I tried to call the store eight times and was either hung up on or got vm. The food was good once we got it straightened out.
