BIBIBOP Asian Grill

They close at 9:30, i arrived at 8pm, chairs on tables, blinds down, I saw no customers , it looked closed. I waited a bit and went up to the door and saw someone in the kitchen.. I asked her if they are closing early and she said she gets ready to close so they can leave early when no one comes in? People aren’t going to come in if it looks closed? I almost didn’t walk to the door , that’s how shut down it looked. I drive 20 minutes to get here and I would not be happy if they pulled this stunt haha. BUT even if no one came in, they should stay open until 9:30… food is always good though , healthy and fresh

Cucumbers were sour, guy accidentally put the spicy chicken on my wife’s bowl that had regular chicken in it and then we had to watch him pick it all out. They are definitely already giving the chicken the chipotle treatment. Very small portions. Have had much better luck on that at the north side bop

No fried rice. No eggrolls. Just a barely half filled bowl of plain rice and chunks of chicken. There are much better options out there.

The food was so good and fresh with great drink choices. Service was fast and friendly. The complimentary miso soup was a great added touch. It’s nice to have somewhere close with healthy options.

Whoever was working 4pm on Monday September 8th is extremely rude and incompetent. Not sure if she’s doing it on purpose or not.

Absolutely amazing! This feels like one of if not the only fast casual dining establishment that provides ample vegetarian and gluten free options as a default as a opposed to an obligation. This location has been fabulous every time we’ve gone, and we stop on road trips multiple times a month.

The food is good! However, it's honestly best to just order inside. Every time order online, the food is never done on time. They priotize in-house orders. I'll order mine 30 minutes in advance or more and it's not done. I understand they're busy but it's a bit ridiculous. I will say the workers were still polite.
