We have been coming for a long time! It has definitely been through its ups and downs. (The loss of the thin potatoes were devastating). But they recently got a new cook and holy cow it was a game changer. This has been the highest high the food has been in a long time. If you haven’t been in awhile now’s the time!
Best smash burger I have ever had.
My favorite local spot for breakfast and a repeat requested spot when hosting out of town visitors. The Petting Zoo is my absolute favorite but the skillets and omelettes are great as well. You can tell the freshness and locally sourced ingredients - the egg yolks are vibrant orange from local chickens. And the coffee is fantastic too!
Was excited to try this place and got here and they had a closed menu or whatever the lady said. Way to go! Such a disappointment, should have put it online that you were messing up the menu on Mother’s Day! Thanks a lot.
Service was great and the food was good. One of the best omelettes I’ve had. The sawmill and sausage gravy weren’t our favs, but that’s ok because everything else was so spectacular. Loved the Cinnamon Cub coffee and the cute atmosphere. We will definitely be back
Excellent Service, waitress was great, very busy! Food was great!
First time here and the food and service was amazing! I feel bad for the employees though cause it was Saturday and it was BUSY and only two servers were working. The hostess and bartender were having to help run food.
All in all they were a great team and we didn't wait long at all. Looking forward to coming back on our trips down to Indy!!!
Also do yourself a favor and get the biscuit waffle with chicken!

Awesome food, service is either a little slow or understaffed, but staff is friendly. Plenty of space for groups. Price is great for the quality, had the build your own breafast sandwich. Great breakfast spot!

Biscuit was hard and gravy was separated, plus it was served cold and the waitress asked me to “stick my finger in it” to see if it was hot when she brought it back out after I asked for it to be warmed up. I guess that’s better than her sticking her finger in it??? The gravy is sausage “flavored” and has very little discernible sausage in it. It’s $5 and you get exactly what you pay for.
Doesn’t affect flavor but one of my pet peeves is restaurants who just melt cheese slices… it’s lazy.

we waited 15 minutes for a waiter, and once we got one we asked for food so we could get out they said no and that they were just there for drinks :/ we waited another 10 minutes just for drinks. people that came in AFTER US got food first.

Friends invited my wife and I here for brunch. We felt obligated to stay and eat. The food looked disgusting, but smelled ok (not rancid) so against better judgement we ate some anyway, but neither of us finished our small plate. 30 minutes later we felt horribly SICK and that stuck with us for the next 6-8 hours. Overall bad service and a dirty restaurant. Avoid!

The food was foul, I got the caprese biscuit and my husband got the big bear omelette. We both got sick for the rest of the day, and we didn't eat more than a few bites. No one at our table finished their food. They forgot the tomatoes on my biscuit and brought me two giant tomato halves to assemble that were difficult to eat.
